The Influencer Lightbox gives you a detailed view of each creator’s profile, performance, and history with your program. You can use it to review content, analyze audience data, run brand suitability checks, and take action on influencer applications.

Opening the Influencer Lightbox
To open the Influencer Lightbox, select a creator's profile image (not their name) from any page, such as from search results or the list of campaign participants.

Header
The following information is included in the Influencer Lightbox header, regardless of campaign status:
- Influencer name, age, location
- Instagram handle and bio
- Followers and average metrics of connected social accounts
- You can click on these to go directly to each social profile
The following tools are included in the Lightbox header when applicable:

If the Lightbox is opened from the Applied stage of a campaign, the header will include action buttons to vote on the influencer or accept/reject them For more details, see Review Applicants. |

Content
Below the header, you’ll see a grid of the creator’s 20 most recent posts.
- Engagement data appears under each post.
- By default, Instagram posts are shown. Use the Platform dropdown to switch to another connected profile.
- You can also preview a creator’s sponsored posts — Later detects them using hashtags like #ad, #sponsored, or #partnership.
Insights
The Insights tab provides a quick view of influencer metrics, including:

Performance Summary:
Historic data that is pulled from all campaigns run in Later Influence. For creators who haven’t yet participated in your campaigns, Later provides estimated data based on the creators' historical sponsored posts and benchmarks from Incentive Advisor.
Key performance summary metrics
- Content ROI: Return on investment, calculated as (Total Earned Media Value on content + Total Conversion Amount - Total Paid Cost) ÷ Total Paid Cost
- EMV: Earned media value, measured based on daily benchmarks
- Brands*: Number of brands the creator has completed a campaign for in Later
- Campaigns*: Number of campaigns the creator has reached the completion stage for in Later
- Campaign Posts*: Pieces of content submitted in the content creation stage in Later as final deliverables, including user-generated content (UGC)
- CPE: Cost per engagement
- CPM: Cost per mille (thousand impressions)
- CPP: Cost per post
* Available for creators who have participated in Later campaigns. Not all Insights are available for all influencers. Influencers who have authenticated their social accounts with the platform and/or participated in campaigns will have a greater level of detail.
Brand Suitability
This tab contains the Brand Suitability Report, an AI-powered tool that helps evaluate whether a creator is a good fit for your brand.
The report includes:
- Overall Risk Score — likelihood of reputational or compliance risks across 12 categories.
- Brand Sensitivity Index — how strict your brand is about those risks.
- Suitability Rating — a combined score showing fit.
Tip: Use the Executive Summary for a quick snapshot, then dive deeper into categories as needed.

History
The History tab shows how the creator has engaged with your program in the past.
Membership: If an influencer has opted into your program, their join date will be listed under this header.
Campaign History: If an influencer has been invited to or participated in any of your campaigns, they will be listed here with an indicator of their status in the campaign and thumbnails of any content created.
- Campaign status tags are color-coded to represent an influencer's participation status in a campaign workflow:
- Gray: Invited, Candidates, or Applied stages
- Blue: Active campaign stage
- Green: Complete
- Red: Dropped
Payments
If you're fulfilling incentives through Stripe, the Payments tab will show you the creator's Stripe status.
Cash payments can be fulfilled entirely within Later Influence using the Stripe integration. You can learn more about this integration here: Stripe Incentives
Notes
The Notes tab lets you record internal comments visible at the program level.
- Notes are only visible to your internal team.
- Currently, notes cannot be edited or deleted once added.
