What's New
Minimum % Filters for Instagram and TikTok Audience Location
Find creators whose audience actually matches your target market. You can now filter Instagram and TikTok creators by the exact percentage of their audience from a specific location, anywhere from 0 to 100%. A creator with an 11% audience share in your target market and one with 75% are no longer treated the same. Now, you have the ability to set your minimum threshold and surface only the creators whose audience composition truly fits your campaign.
How to use it:
Scroll to Location → select "Country is" → "At least" → drag the slider to set your minimum percentage.
Stay tuned! Minimum percent filters will soon be rolled out across all other Audience demographic filters.
Campaign Budgeting in Later Influence
Later Influence now supports Campaign Budgets, giving you a real-time view of how much of your budget has been allocated, paid out, and remaining directly in the platform.
Previously, getting a clear picture of campaign spend meant manually pulling data into Salesforce or a spreadsheet. Now that visibility is built in, so you can plan and manage campaigns without the extra legwork.
Instagram Insights Updating Window Expanded (25 → 100 Posts)
Previously, Later Influence refreshed performance data for a creator's 25 most recent Instagram posts. For high-volume creators, that meant a post could fall out of the tracking window quickly and insights would stop updating.
We've expanded that window from 25 to 100 posts, significantly reducing the chance of losing performance data mid-campaign.
A manual "Refresh Instagram Insights" button is also on the way, giving you a way to pull updated data even when a post or campaign no longer meets the automatic refresh criteria.
Public Campaign Summary in Campaign Setup → Brief
Your campaign briefs contain sensitive stuff: creative concepts, scripts, and strategic documents you wouldn’t want just anyone to access. Until now, all of it was visible to anyone browsing Find Campaigns. That’s no longer the case.
With the new Public Campaign Summary (found in the Brief tab in Campaign Setup), you control what creators see before they’re accepted. Use it to sell them on the opportunity share timelines, compensation, content style, and platforms - while keeping the details that matter most under wraps until the right creators are in.
Already have campaigns running? Existing briefs won’t change automatically. You’ll need to add a Public Campaign Summary to enable the new behavior.
New version of Brand Suitability
Every brand has different standards. Now your suitability evaluations can reflect that. You can define custom guidelines at the campaign level that reflect your client’s specific sensitivities, risk tolerance, and priorities, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model.
Those guidelines flow directly into your reporting, so results are summarized against what actually matters to each brand, making it easier to spot concerns, understand risk, and confidently recommend the right creators to your clients.
Audience Insights performance improvement
Ever felt like you were waiting forever for audience insights to load on a creator? We’ve been there - and we fixed it.
We’ve significantly improved the performance of our audience insights pipeline, so data is returned much faster than before. In fact, 80% of insight requests now come back within one minute (or less!). That means less waiting, fewer interruptions, and more time to focus on what actually matters: evaluating creators and moving your work forward.
Facebook Group Deliverables
Facebook Group posts can now be added as an official campaign deliverable in Later Influence. Creators self-report directly in Later Social - logging reach, engagement, and affiliate links - so everything flows into your campaign report alongside your other content.
No more chasing creators for screenshots or accepting that part of your campaign is a black box. Your reporting is now as complete as the work your creators are doing.
Share Candidates and Invited Creators with Clients
You can now include Candidates and Invited creators in your Shareable Influencer Review Links, making it easier to get stakeholder input before creators are fully activated.
When generating a shareable link from Campaign Setup, Search, or Content, you’ll see Candidates and Invited as available workflow stage options.
Note: This isn’t available from the Workflow page just yet - but it’s coming soon as we continue updating the platform design.
To share creators in these stages, make sure Candidates and Invited are turned on as workflow stages in your Campaign Setup.
Updated Campaign Performance Report
The Campaign Performance Report in Later Influence has been updated with a faster, more reliable experience and a unified view of your metrics across the platform.
You can now download content and creator data as a CSV, export the full report as a PDF for easy sharing with stakeholders, and continue collaborating with teammates via shareable links all without leaving the report.
Payment Updates in Stripe
Stripe Cash payment used to be a bit of a black box: you knew it was triggered, but had little visibility into what happened next. That's changed significantly with a series of updates to payment tracking in Later Influence.
You can now follow a payment from initiation all the way to deposit, with clear status updates at every stage: Payment Initiated, In Transit, Deposited, and Deposit Failed. A full date and timestamped payment history is also available in the Incentives tab, so you always have a clear record of how each payment moved.
If a deposit does fail, you'll now see the specific reason why and can work directly with the creator to resolve it, without needing to go through customer support. And to avoid confusion, payment details now display the name and email associated with the creator's Stripe account, since creators often use a different email for payments than they do to sign up to the platform.
One more improvement: when a Stripe Cash incentive is fulfilled, creators are automatically moved to the Complete stage, so your workflow stays in sync without any manual updates.
Request Boost Permissions in Later Influence
When a creator tags your brand as a paid partner on Instagram, their post is automatically bound to your campaign in Later Influence. From there, you can request content-level permissions directly in the platform. No emails, no manual back-and-forth.
Once the creator approves in Later Social, you’ll see the status update automatically in Later Influence and can use the post to create a Partnership Ad in Meta Ads Manager.
Instagram Paid Media Reporting
Organic performance only tells half the story. With Instagram Paid Media Reporting, you can now see organic and paid results side-by-side to determine which creator content is worth boosting, and which investments are driving results.
Connect your Meta Ad Account to unlock a complete view of campaign and creator performance, compare organic vs. paid impact, and prove the true ROI of your influencer program with confidence.
Connect your Facebook Business Assets in Later Influence
No more chasing approvals over email or waiting on creators with no visibility into where things stand. By connecting your Meta assets (Facebook Business Manager, Ad Account, Facebook Page, and Instagram Account), you can request, track, and manage post-level permissions in one place.
Once your Ad Account is connected, Later Influence will automatically pull in paid performance data across Facebook and Instagram to give you a complete view of how creator content performs.
