Campaign Setup Tabs
Each campaign includes seven setup tabs. Here's what each one covers.
Marketing Plan
Internal campaign details — name, description, and brand suitability guidelines. This tab also includes a budget field where you can set a campaign-level budget to track how much has been allocated, paid, and remaining across all incentives. See Campaign Budgets for more detail.
Deliverables
What creators are expected to produce. Set content types, due dates, and any required links or reference materials. Clear deliverables help creators understand expectations before participating.
Application
Controls how your campaign application appears to creators, including required social accounts, contact fields, and custom survey questions. See Customizing a Campaign Application and Application Questions: Collect Creator Insights and Filter by Responses.
Brief
Your creator-facing campaign brief. This tab includes two sections: the Public Campaign Summary (visible to all creators on the Find Campaigns page before they're accepted) and the full Campaign Brief (shared only with confirmed participants). The Public Campaign Summary is required for all new campaigns. See Campaign Brief for templates and guidance.
Incentives
What creators will receive for participating — cash payments, gift cards, shipped product, or other rewards. See Assigning Incentives: How to Create and Configure Creator Rewards.
Workflow Stages
How creators move through the campaign, from application to completion. Workflow stages can also trigger automated messages. See Overview of Campaign Workflow Stages and Logic.
Message Templates
The emails sent to creators at each stage. Templates can be sent manually or set to trigger automatically. Review and update all templates before setting the campaign Live — placeholder text in brackets must be replaced before sending. See Setting Up Message Templates.
