Campaigns in Later Influence allow you to collaborate with creators, manage deliverables, and automate communication. This article explains the available creation options and walks through each campaign setup tab
Start a New Campaign
When you create a new campaign, all setup tabs start with default templates. You’ll configure each section before launching.
To create a new campaign:
- Open the Campaigns tab from the main menu
- Select + Create New, then Campaign
- Enter your campaign details
- Name: Enter a unique name for this campaign. Creators see this name when they join the campaign.
- Description: Enter details about the campaign and its goals. This won't be shown to influencers.
- Select Create Campaign
You’ll be taken to the Setup tab of your draft campaign.
Campaign Setup Overview
Each campaign includes seven setup tabs. These tabs define internal details, creator-facing information, and automated communication.
You can access all tabs from the Setup menu of your draft campaign:
Marketing Plan
The Marketing Plan tab contains internal campaign details.
Use this tab to set:
- Campaign name
- Campaign description
- Brand suitability guidelines
- Incentive budget
Deliverables
The Deliverables tab defines what creators are expected to submit.
Here, you can:
- Specify required content types
- Set due dates
- Add links or reference materials
Clear deliverables help creators understand expectations before participating.
Application
The Application tab controls how your campaign application appears to creators.
In this tab, you can:
- Upload or change the application image
- Customize the information creators must provide with questions
Application setup helps ensure you collect the right details upfront.
Brief
The Brief tab explains your brand guidelines and creative direction. Here, you can also include a short overview to get creators excited to apply.
A standard template is provided by default. You can edit the template directly, or remove it and paste in your own brief
This is where you align creators on messaging, tone, and content requirements.
Incentives
The Incentives tab explains what creators will receive for participating.
Incentives may include:
- Cash payments
- Gift cards
- Free or shipped products
- Other rewards

Workflow Stages
Workflow Stages define how creators move through your campaign.
These stages help you:
- Track progress
- Manage approvals
- Keep campaigns organized
Workflow stages can also trigger automated messages when used with message templates.

Message Templates
Message Templates control the emails sent to creators throughout the campaign.
You can customize messages for:
- Invitations
- Status changes
- Follow up on Drafts
Using templates helps you communicate consistently while saving time and need to be adjusted prior to setting a campaign live.
