Later Influence integrates with Stripe and Tango Card to process and fulfill incentives directly in the platform. This article provides an overview of how both integrations work. For setup details, see the dedicated articles for each integration.
Integration Options
Stripe: processes cash payments to creators via direct bank transfer. Payments move in real time from Initiated → In Transit → Deposited. Stripe supports USD and global payouts via currency conversion. See Compensating Creators: Stripe Incentives.
Tango Card: delivers digital gift cards to creators. You can use a Later Influence-owned Tango Card account (10% processing fee, no provider fees) or integrate your own account (no Later fees, Tango Card transaction costs apply). See Tango Card Integration: Gift Card Incentives.
Shopify: automates product incentives by connecting your Shopify store. Generate order links, track delivery, and record costs in Later. See Shopify Codes.
Integration Setup
Integrations can be enabled during onboarding or at any point afterward. Later Influence-owned accounts require no technical setup — your CSM will help you fund the account. Integrating your own Tango Card account requires a technical setup process to link your account. See Tango Card Integration: Gift Card Incentives for those instructions.
Available Funds
A balance of available funds must be set in the platform to process integrated payments. This balance represents the maximum amount that can be paid out through a connected payment account. Adding funds to the platform doesn't withdraw money from your account — each transaction is processed individually at the time of fulfillment.
For full details on managing your available funds balance, see Available Funds for Incentive Integrations.
Transactions
Each time an integrated incentive is fulfilled, a transaction is created in the payment provider's system. Transactions have their own statuses, separate from the fulfillment status of the related incentive. Increases and decreases to the available funds balance are also recorded as transactions.
For full details on transaction types, statuses, and the transactions ledger, see Transactions.
