Common Tango Gift Card Questions
How long does delivery take?
Creators usually receive their Tango Card email within minutes of fulfillment.
Can I use variable-value gift cards?
Yes — as long as you stay within the allowed range for that card type.
Can I use non-USD currencies?
Yes. Tango supports multiple currencies. Later converts values into USD at the time of fulfillment for reporting accuracy.
Why does the USD cost change after fulfillment?
Later finalizes the conversion rate at the time of fulfillment, ensuring cost accuracy in reports.
Can I change the value after saving?
Only before fulfillment. Once a card is fulfilled, it can’t be canceled or modified.
Who sends the gift card email?
Emails come from Rewards Genius (Tango Card). Later handles the transaction automatically.
Where can I verify a transaction?
Go to Incentives → Transactions, or open the creator’s Incentives tab → View Details to see timestamps and Tango reference IDs.
