Later Influence has two main places for reporting: the Dashboard for quick program health checks, and the Reports section for in-depth analysis across campaigns.
The Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It shows a program-level summary for the past 7 days by default:
- Posts: how many campaign posts were created
- Engagements: total likes, comments, and clicks
- Impressions: how many people saw campaign content
- Engagement Rate: average ER% across your campaigns
- Tracking Links: clicks and conversions if you're using affiliate or tracking links
- Top Influencers (last 7 days): creators ranked by engagement, impressions, or engagement rate
The Dashboard is the best place for a quick daily or weekly check-in on program health. See Navigating the Dashboard Section for more detail.
The Reports Section
For deeper analysis, go to Reports in the left sidebar.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab shows aggregated performance data across your selected campaigns and date range. It includes Instagram Paid Media Reporting for campaigns with Meta integration, showing a side-by-side view of organic and paid performance.
Note: Select campaigns and a date range at the top of the page — all data updates dynamically.
Campaigns table: campaign-level metrics including posts, engagements, impressions, engagement rate, and cost metrics (CPE, CPM, CPP). Select Customize View to choose which columns to display.
Social Platforms table: the same metrics broken down by social platform (one row per platform per campaign). Useful for comparing Instagram vs. TikTok performance across campaigns.
Performance Over Time: a trend chart showing engagement and impressions across your selected date range.
Top Content: top-performing posts across all selected campaigns, sortable by engagement, impressions, or clicks. Select the table icon for a CSV-downloadable tabular view.
Top Influencers: top creators across all selected campaigns, sortable by your chosen metric.
Sharing and Exporting
Shareable links: create live report links that collaborators can view without logging in. Links update automatically as data changes. See Shareable Review Links Overview.
Exports: select Export from the Reports section to download:

- Campaigns Table (CSV): campaign-level metrics
