Shareable Links let you give people outside your Later Influence account — clients, brand partners, or colleagues — read-only access to parts of your campaign without requiring them to log in.
Collaborators can review creator applicants, leave votes or draft comments, and view campaign performance reports. Their names and emails are recorded so you know whose feedback you're working with.
Types of Shareable Links
Influencer Review Links: share creators from your campaign workflow for external review and voting. See Review Links: Share Applicants with Clients and Collaborators.
Draft Review Links: share submitted draft content for external review and comments before posts go live. See Shareable Review Links: Draft Review.
Performance Report Links: share a live, always-updated version of your campaign performance report with customizable sections. See the Campaign Performance Report article.

app.mavrck.co/... unless you've set up private labeling for a branded domain. What Collaborators See
- Influencer Review: creator profiles and application details. Collaborators can vote (Upvote/Downvote)
- Draft Review: draft submissions. Collaborators can leave comments
- Performance Report: a live version of your campaign performance report with only the sections you chose to share
Limitations and Security
- One link per stage per campaign — creating a new link replaces the existing one for that stage. Links for different stages are independent (replacing an Applied link won't affect a Draft Review link).
- Collaborators can only view and provide limited feedback. They cannot message creators, edit deliverables, accept or drop creators, or change workflow stages.
- For Performance Reports, updating which sections are visible applies globally to all existing report links — you don't need to regenerate and resend.
- Anyone with the link can view the shared content. Share only with trusted stakeholders.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't my client open the link?
Confirm they have the correct URL and have entered their name and email when prompted.
Can I generate multiple links for the same stage?
No. Only one link exists per stage per campaign. Creating a new one replaces the old.
Will collaborators see dropped creators or rejected drafts?
No. Only active applicants and current drafts appear.
If I update a Performance Report, do I need to resend the link?
No. Report links are live and update automatically.
