Shareable Links let you collaborate with people outside your Later Influence account without giving them a login. You can use Shareable Links to collect feedback from clients, brand stakeholders, legal teams, agency partners, or anyone else who needs visibility into your campaign.
Collaborators can review creator applicants, review draft content, or view campaign performance reports through a secure link. Their name and email are recorded so you can identify who submitted feedback.
Types of Shareable Links
Later Influence supports three types of Shareable Links.
Influencer Review Links
Influencer Review Links allow external stakeholders to review creators during the recruitment process.
Reviewers can:
- View creator profiles
- Review application responses
- View submitted rates and concepts (if included)
- Upvote or downvote creators
Use Influencer Review Links when clients or stakeholders need to participate in creator selection.
Learn more in Review Links: Share Applicants with Clients and Collaborators.
Draft Review Links
Draft Review Links allow stakeholders to review creator content before it goes live.
Reviewers can:
- View draft submissions
- Review drafts grouped by deliverable
- View draft version history
- Leave comments and quick replies
- Review creator information and connected social channels
Draft Review Links are commonly used when client, legal, or stakeholder approval is required before publication.

Performance Report Links
Performance Report Links provide access to a live version of your campaign report. Reviewers can view campaign performance without logging in and always see the latest available reporting data.
Use Performance Report Links when sharing results with clients, stakeholders, or executive teams.

What Collaborators See
When someone opens a Shareable Link, they’re prompted to enter their name and email address. This allows Later Influence to associate feedback, comments, and votes with a specific reviewer.
The information available depends on the type of Shareable Link being used.
| Link Type | What Reviewers Can Do |
| Influencer Review | Review creators and submit votes |
| Draft Review | Review drafts and leave comments |
| Performance Report | View campaign reporting |
Reviewers cannot access the rest of your Later Influence account.
Collaborator Permissions
Shareable Links are designed for review and collaboration only.
Collaborators cannot:
- Message creators
- Accept or reject creators
- Approve or reject drafts
- Edit campaign settings
- Modify workflow stages
- Create deliverables
- Fulfill incentives
Final campaign decisions must always be completed by users within Later Influence.
Managing Draft Review Collaboration
Draft Review Links are particularly useful when multiple stakeholders need to review creator content before publication.
For example, you might:
- Collect client feedback on creative direction
- Gather legal approval on disclosures
- Review brand messaging with internal stakeholders
- Obtain final approval from external partners
Comments submitted through Draft Review Links appear in Later Influence so your team can review and consolidate feedback before communicating with creators.
Managing Influencer Review Collaboration
Influencer Review Links provide a structured way to gather input during creator recruitment. Instead of sharing spreadsheets or screenshots, stakeholders can review creators directly and submit feedback within the review experience.
Votes are tracked by reviewer so your team can understand who approved or rejected each creator.
Sharing Campaign Performance
Performance Report Links provide a live view of campaign results. Because reports update automatically, you don’t need to generate a new link each time performance data changes.
This makes Performance Report Links useful for ongoing client reporting and stakeholder updates throughout a campaign.
Limitations and Security
Keep the following limitations in mind:
- Anyone with the link can access the shared information.
- Shareable Links should only be shared with trusted stakeholders.
- Reviewers do not need a Later Influence login.
- Only one link exists for each shareable review experience at a time.
- Creating a new link replaces the previous link of the same type.
- Different Shareable Link types operate independently from one another.
