Draft Review Shareable Links let you collect feedback on creator drafts from people who don’t have access to Later Influence. This makes it easy to involve clients, legal teams, brand stakeholders, or other collaborators in the review process without requiring them to log in.
Collaborators can review draft content, leave feedback, and participate in the approval process using a secure link that you generate from your campaign.
For an overview of all Shareable Link types, see Shareable Link Overview.
Draft Review Sharable Links Requirementds
- Draft Review Shareable Links are only available for campaigns that use the Draft and Draft Review workflow stages.

What Collaborators See
When someone opens a Draft Review Shareable Link, they’ll be asked to enter their name and email address before accessing the review experience. This allows Later Influence to associate comments and feedback with the person who submitted them.
Reviewers can view all creators currently in the Draft Review stage of the campaign. For each creator, reviewers can access:
- Submitted draft content
- Draft versions and version history
- Deliverable information
- Draft due dates
- Content due dates
- Creator profile information
- Connected social channels
- Feedback and comments
A green indicator appears beside creators whose drafts haven’t yet been viewed.
A comment indicator appears beside creators that already have review feedback.
Reviewing Draft Content
Drafts are organized by deliverable, making it easier to review multiple content requirements for the same creator.
For each draft, reviewers can see:
- Draft media
- Captions and draft copy
- Deliverable details
- Upload date
- Version tags
- Creator information
- Connected social profiles
If multiple versions of a draft have been submitted, the newest version appears first.
Previous versions remain available for reference, helping reviewers understand how content has changed throughout the revision process.
Creator Information Available to Reviewers
Depending on the creator profile data available, reviewers can view:
- Creator handle
- Location
- Gender
- Age
- Connected social channels
Reviewers can also open connected creator channels directly from the shareable review experience. This helps stakeholders evaluate creator fit and review content in the context of the creator’s broader social presence.
Leaving Feedback
Reviewers can leave feedback directly on draft submissions.
Available feedback options include:
- Internal comments
- Quick replies
- 👍 Looks Good feedback
Quick replies provide a fast way for stakeholders to indicate approval or share simple feedback without writing detailed comments.
All collaborator comments are recorded with the reviewer’s name and email address.
Internal Comments
When generating the shareable link, you can choose whether internal comments should be visible to reviewers.
If internal comments are enabled, reviewers can see comments that have already been left by your team.
If internal comments are disabled, reviewers only see information intended for external stakeholders. This can be useful when sharing drafts with clients or partners while keeping internal discussion private.
Creator Concepts
When generating the shareable link, you can choose whether creator concepts should be visible. If enabled, reviewers can see the creator’s proposed concept alongside the submitted draft content. This can help stakeholders evaluate whether the final content aligns with the creator’s original proposal.
Link Expiration
Draft Review Shareable Links can be configured with an expiration date. Once a link expires, reviewers can no longer access the draft review experience using that URL. Generate a new link if continued access is required.
How Feedback Appears in Later Influence
Comments submitted through the Draft Review Shareable Link appear inside Later Influence for your team to review. Comments from shareable links are treated as internal feedback and are not automatically shared with creators.
After reviewing stakeholder feedback, your team is responsible for sending final creator-facing feedback through the standard draft review workflow.
See Review Creator Drafts for instructions on approving drafts, requesting revisions, and communicating with creators.
