Deliverables define what creators need to complete in your campaign — posts, reviews, or shared links. You can set the same deliverables for all creators at the campaign level, or assign custom deliverables to individual creators or groups.
Campaign-Level Deliverables
Campaign-level deliverables apply to every creator who joins the campaign. Use this when all creators have the same content requirements.
- In Later Influence, open your campaign and select the Setup tab
- Select Deliverables, then select + Add Deliverable
- Choose the deliverable type and fill in the details
- For Instagram deliverables, add a binding hashtag — this is how Later pulls in content automatically. See Collecting Content with Binding Hashtags in Later Influence
- Select Save
Every creator added to the campaign will inherit these deliverables automatically.
Types of Deliverables
Three main deliverable types are available:
Create Content: Creators publish on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, or other supported channels. You'll set a binding hashtag (required for auto content tracking on Instagram and Pinterest) and an FTC hashtag (for example, #ad or #sponsored). If Draft Review is enabled, creators must submit drafts for approval before posting.
Amplify Content: Creators share a tracking link with their audience. Later automatically tracks clicks and conversions, and pulls in a preview image and metadata you can edit before sharing.
Review Product: Creators submit a product review. You can assign specific products or allow creators to choose. These must be set before the campaign goes live.
Creator-Level Deliverables
Use creator-level assignment when different creators have different requirements — for example, when you've negotiated a unique deal, need to extend a deadline for one person, or want to add deliverables after a creator has already confirmed.
You can add new content deliverables to a creator at any workflow stage directly from their campaign details. Note that editing existing assigned deliverables still requires the creator to be in the Candidates phase.
To update an individual creator:
- In Later Influence, open your campaign and select the Workflow tab
- Find the creator and select the arrow icon to open their campaign details
- Select Content Deliverables, then select Assign Content Deliverable
- Add or adjust deliverables, quantities, or due dates
- Select Save
To update a group of creators:
- In Later Influence, open your campaign and select the Workflow tab
- Select the relevant creators using their checkboxes
- Select More from the action bar to open a dropdown menu
- Select Assign Content Deliverables
- Add the relevant deliverables for the group
- Select Save
Editing Deliverables
Deliverable due dates, binding hashtags, and FTC hashtags can be edited at any time, even after a campaign is Live.
- Before campaign is Live: you can freely add, remove, or edit deliverables
- After campaign is Live: you can add or edit deliverables, due dates, and hashtags. Updates apply automatically to creators still in early workflow stages (Candidates, Invited, Applied)
For details on what can be edited by campaign status, see Campaign Status Overview.
How Deliverables Appear to Creators
Creators see their deliverables and due dates in the Campaign Manager in Later Social. They can view required posts, due dates, required hashtags and FTC disclosures, and — if draft review is enabled — submit drafts and mark deliverables complete after posting.
