Once you have created a campaign, it may have one of four campaign statuses:
- Draft: New, unpublished campaigns
- Live: Active campaigns
- Paused: Temporarily inactive campaigns
- Archived: Inactive campaigns
Campaign status is visible on the list of campaigns in the Campaigns tab and in the header of each campaign.
Change the status of a campaign using the toggle in the campaign header. Filter for campaigns by status on the campaign list page.
Each campaign status has certain capabilities and limitations, detailed below.

¹Campaign-level incentives can be edited, but not added or deleted, once a campaign has been set Live. If a campaign-level incentive is edited after influencers have been added to a campaign, the change will only apply to new influencers as they are added. Edit existing incentives if needed.
Influencer-specific incentives can be added or edited regardless of campaign status.
²Non-required workflow stages can be disabled as long as no influencers have entered the stage. Once an influencer has entered a workflow stage, it cannot be disabled. All workflow stages are non-required except Content Creation and Complete. For additional context, see Understanding Workflow Stage Setup and Logic.
Campaign Management: Some campaign features are only available in Live campaigns.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why pause a campaign?
Pausing a campaign prevents additional content from being bound automatically. If you are reusing a binding hashtag for multiple campaigns, you must pause or archive inactive campaigns to allow new content to bind to the correct campaign automatically.
Why archive a campaign?
By default, archived campaigns are filtered out of the list of campaigns in the Campaigns tab. If you have run many campaigns, archiving inactive campaigns allows you to streamline this list to only show what is important to you now.
Similarly, when adding influencers to a campaign from search, archived campaigns are hidden in the list of existing campaigns to simplify your options.
Archived campaigns can be restored at any time. Restored campaigns are set to Paused status and can then be set Live.
Do Live campaigns remain active indefinitely?
Automatic content binding will stop, even if a campaign is Live, when none of the following is true:
- Campaign was created within the last 90 days,
- Campaign-level content due date is in the future,
- At least one piece of content was bound in the last 45 days.
