Every campaign in Later Influence has one of four statuses: Draft, Live, Paused, or Archived. The status controls what can be edited, what automation runs, and what creators can see.
The status button is in the campaign header. You can also filter campaigns by status from the Campaigns list.
Campaign Statuses
Draft: A new, unpublished campaign. All setup is fully editable. Creators can't access the campaign and no automations run. You can set a draft campaign Live or delete it.
Live: An active campaign. Creators can apply, confirm participation, and interact with the campaign manager. Automated messages and content binding are active. Some setup options become limited.
Paused: A temporarily inactive campaign. Creators can still view the campaign manager, but influencer-facing links are inactive and automated messages don't send. Content doesn't bind automatically. Useful when you need to pause activity without archiving. You can set a paused campaign back to Live or archive it.
Archived: A closed campaign. All influencer-facing links are inactive. Creators can view the campaign in the Past Campaigns section of their campaign manager. You can restore an archived campaign to Paused status.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why pause a campaign instead of archiving it?
Pausing prevents new content from binding automatically. If you're reusing a binding hashtag across multiple campaigns, pause or archive inactive ones so new posts bind to the correct active campaign.
Can I restore an archived campaign?
Yes. Archived campaigns can be restored to Paused status from the campaign header.
Can I delete a campaign?
Yes, but only while it's in Draft status. Select the ellipsis icon in the campaign header and choose Delete.
