Later Influence™ (formerly Mavrck)’s ratings & reviews partnerships with industry leaders Bazaarvoice, PowerReviews, and Yotpo empower you to easily collect reviews from influencers and syndicate them across marketing and e-commerce channels.

You may request reviews alongside content creation deliverables or collect reviews in stand-alone campaigns. 

Once influencers submit reviews through the Later Influence platform, they can be easily managed and syndicated through your review partner.

Functionality Overview

Across all integration partners, the process of collecting reviews contains the following steps:

1. Configure integration between Later Influence and review provider.
2. Add products to your catalog in Later Influence, automatically or manually. 
3. Add product review deliverable(s) to a campaign.
4. Distribute review submission links to influencers in the campaign.
5. Influencers submit reviews through Later Influence-hosted review forms.
6. View aggregated reviews in the content section in the Later Influence platform.
7. Reviews are syndicated automatically to the integration partner, where they can be moderated and distributed across other channels.

Adding Product Review Deliverables to Campaigns

1. Create a new campaign or navigate to the setup tab of a draft campaign.
2. In the Influencer Deliverables tab, click +Add Deliverable and select Review Product.
3. Choose if you will select the specific product(s) for influencers to review, or if influencers may select their own products.
   • Product selection allows influencers to search your entire product catalog and choose any product(s) to review. You may request any number of reviews. 
   • The product catalog is searchable by product title or unique product IDs. Allow influencers to select any products in the catalog or specify products in the campaign brief.
4. Send influencers the review submission links using the "Product review" merge tags that populate in the merge tag menu.
   • Note: Review links are not included in the influencer campaign manager.

Managing Review Content

Access reviews through the Content section by selecting the Reviews tab in the upper-right corner, when applicable.

Sort and filter reviews by star rating, character count, or date. Export up to 10,000 reviews at a time from the Reviews tab.

Once reviews are collected in Later Influence, further review management and syndication are done using your review partner's dashboard.
