The PowerReviews integration connects your product catalog to Later Influence using the PowerReviews Write API, allowing creators to submit reviews that are automatically syndicated to PowerReviews for distribution.

Integration Setup
- Notify your PowerReviews representative that you're partnering with Later Influence and request your Write API keys
- You'll receive the following credentials: App Key, Merchant Group ID, Merchant ID, and Locale
- Send those credentials to your Later Influence Implementation Manager
- Allow 2 business days for the Later Influence team to complete the integration
Note: Multiple PowerReviews apps can be connected to one Later Influence instance. An instance can be connected to both PowerReviews and Bazaarvoice simultaneously.
Review Forms
PowerReviews supports a custom review form per product. Review forms must be configured in the PowerReviews dashboard before adding products in Later Influence.
The default review form includes the following fields:
- Display name / nickname
- Review headline
- Review description
- Star rating (1–5)
- Reviewer email
- Photo or video upload (optional)
Managing Products
Once the integration is confirmed, add all products you want to collect reviews for in Later Influence:
- In Later Influence, select Settings from the left sidebar
- Select Ratings & Reviews → Products
- Select + Create New Product
- Complete the form:
- Title: name of the product
- Description: short description of the product

Note: If the Page ID doesn't match an existing product page in your PowerReviews app, you'll receive an error. See the PowerReviews Help Center for guidance on locating Page IDs.
