Later Influence’s PowerReviews integration empowers you to collect and syndicate ratings and reviews for your entire product catalog using the PowerReviews Write API.

Once influencers submit product reviews through Later Influence, they can be easily managed and syndicated through the PowerReviews dashboard to distribute across marketing and e-commerce channels.

Integration Setup

1. Notify your PowerReviews representative that you are partnering with Later Influence and request to receive your Write API keys
   • You should be provided with the following pieces of information:
     • App key
     • Merchant group ID
     • Merchant ID
     • Locale
2. Once you receive the API keys, send them to your Later Influence Implementation Manager
   • It will then take 2 business days for the Later Influence team to set up the integration

Multiple PowerReviews apps can be connected with one instance in Later Influence. An instance can be connected to PowerReviews and Bazaarvoice simultaneously.

Review Forms

The PowerReviews integration allows you to create a custom review submission form for each product that is reviewed.

The default review form includes the following fields:

• Display name/nickname
• Review headline
• Review description
• Star rating (1-5)
• Reviewer email
• Photo or video upload (optional)

Manage Products

Once the Later Influence team has confirmed the integration is ready, you must add all the products you wish to collect review content for to the Later Influence platform as follows:

1. Select Settings from the left sidebar
2. Select Ratings & Reviews
3. Select Products
4. Select + Create New Product 
5. Complete the form: 
   • Title: Name of the product
   • Description: Short description of the product
   • Image: Direct link to an image file representing the product
     • For example, https://images.unsplash.com/photo-1517479149777-5f3b1511d5ad
   • Page ID: Unique ID for the product which can be found within PowerReviews
     
     Note: If the Page ID doesn't match an existing product page in your PowerReviews app, you'll receive an error message.
