The Yotpo integration connects your product catalog to Later Influence, allowing creators to submit reviews that are automatically syndicated to Yotpo for moderation and distribution.

Integration Setup

1. In your Yotpo account, navigate to General Settings and retrieve the following credentials, following the instructions in Yotpo | Finding your Yotpo App Key and Secret Key:
   • Store Name
   • API Key
   • Secret Key

2. Send those credentials to your Later Influence Implementation Manager
3. Allow 2 business days for the Later Influence team to complete the integration

Once confirmed, all products from your Yotpo account will auto-populate in Later Influence.

Note: One Yotpo app can be connected to multiple Later Influence instances, and one instance can be connected to multiple Yotpo apps.

Review Form

The Yotpo integration uses a single review form for all products. The form includes the following fields:

• Display name / nickname
• Review headline
• Review description
• Star rating (1–5)
• Reviewer email

Note: Image and video upload is not supported for Yotpo reviews.

Managing Products

All products in your Yotpo account are available in Later Influence. You can specify which products creators must review or allow creators to select from your full catalog.

The product feed syncs daily at 11 PM EST. New products added to your Yotpo account may take up to 24 hours to appear in Later Influence.
