After adding influencers to a campaign, the next step is to send them an invitation to apply.

Automatically invite influencers with workflow automation:

1. Open the Setup tab of the campaign you would like to invite influencers to.
2. Click Message Templates from the campaign setup menu.
3. Locate the Invitation template and customize the message.
4. Under Delivery, click Edit.
5. In the Delivery Configuration dropdown menu, select Automatic: Stage Based and select the Invited stage.
6. Click Save.
7. Once this is configured, the Invitation message template will be sent to influencers automatically when they are added to the Invited stage of the campaign workflow.

Manually invite influencers from the Platform:

1. Open the Workflow tab of the campaign you would like to invite influencers to.
2. Select all the influencers that you would like to invite.
3. Click Send Message.
4. Choose the Invitation message template from the dropdown above the subject line.
5. Click Send.

Invite influencers outside of the Platform:

If you would like to invite influencers you have previously worked with who are not yet available to contact in the Platform, send them the link to your campaign application. Once they apply, you will be able to communicate with them through the Platform. To access the application link to share with your influencers:

1. Open the Setup tab of the campaign you would like to invite influencers to.
2. Click Application from the campaign setup menu.
3. Under the Application URL heading, click to copy your application link.
4. Send the copied link to any influencer (via an external email, a direct message on a social network, etc.) in order to invite them to apply to the campaign.

Note: Your campaign must be set to Live in order for influencers to be able to apply to your campaigns.
