Adding creators to your campaign is the first step in moving them through your workflow. Once added, they’ll appear in the first workflow stage (usually Invited or Candidates) where you can decide whether to notify them right away or hold them until you’re ready.

Ways to Add Creators 

1. Add from the Influencers tab

1. Open the Influencers tab.
2. Use keyword search or filters to find creators who meet your criteria.

3. Select creators using the checkbox next to their profile image (or use Select All).
4. Then select Add to Campaign.
5. Begin typing your campaign name in the Campaign Name field and select it.
6. Click OK.

The selected creators are now placed in the first workflow stage of the campaign.

2. Add from the Search tab within a campaign

1. Open the Search tab inside your campaign.
2. Apply filters or keyword search to find creators.
3. Use the checkboxes to select them (individually or in bulk).
4. In the top-right, click Add to Campaign and confirm.

3. Add from a creator’s Lightbox profile

1. Click on a creator’s profile image anywhere in the platform to open their Lightbox.
2. Click the ⋮ icon to open their details panel.
3. Go to the Actions tab.
4. In the Add to Campaigns field, type the campaign name and hit enter.

Best practices

• Shortlist first, invite later → Add creators silently to Candidates, then invite only the ones you want.
• Automate for scale → Set Invitation templates to send automatically if you’re recruiting in bulk.

Common questions

Can I add and invite creators at the same time?

Yes. If your Invitation template is automated to send at the Invited stage, creators will receive an invitation as soon as they are added to the campaign.

What happens if I add a creator to multiple campaigns?

Creators can participate in multiple campaigns simultaneously. Each campaign’s workflow, due dates, and deliverables are tracked separately.

What if I add a creator by mistake?

You can remove creators from a campaign at any time from the Workflow tab. Select them and choose Drop.

Does “Add to Campaign” notify the creator?

No, not unless you’ve automated your Invitation template. 

Can I bulk add creators?

Yes. Use the checkboxes in search results (or Select All) and then choose Add to Campaign to move multiple creators at once.

How can I determine the stage they’ll land in when I add a creator to a campaign?

Creators always enter at the first workflow stage of the campaign (Invited or Candidates, depending on your setup).

What if I delete a campaign — are creators removed from my program?

No. Deleting a campaign removes that campaign’s data, but creators remain available in your Influencer Index or My Members database.
