Performance Forecasting helps you estimate the potential performance of creators in your campaign, track progress toward goals, and make smarter decisions about who to move forward in the workflow.
You can view forecasts at any workflow stage (e.g., Invited, Applied, Confirmed) or across the entire campaign.
Where to Find Forecasting
- Open your campaign and go to the Workflow tab.
- Click the speedometer icon in the top-right corner
- The forecast will show metrics for influencers in the current stage, or the campaign overall.
What’s Included in the Forecast
Influencer Count, Total Average Engagements, Total Average Impressions
Formula = Complete Value + (Participant Workflow Stages Value × 0.80)
Why 0.80? Based on Later’s internal data, ~80% of influencers in participant workflow stages (Applied → Confirmed, but not yet Complete) will actually post after receiving their incentive.
Average Engagement Rate
Formula = Total Average Engagements ÷ Total Average Impressions
Color Coding
Your Target Influencer Count is set in the Marketing Plan section of campaign setup.
If the forecasted count is:
- Less than target → red
- Equal to or above target → green
