Complete stage definition
The Complete stage is designed to hold the influencers who have fulfilled all their campaign deliverables and received all their incentives.
When to use the Complete stage
The Complete stage is enabled in the workflow of all campaigns. It cannot be disabled.
Stage-specific capabilities and tasks
Although Campaign reporting features are available at any point in the campaign process, the Complete stage provides the most complete view of performance. Performance metrics can continue to update for up to three weeks after content has been bound, but all posts and payments are accounted for when influencers reach the Complete stage.
See Campaign Performance Report for an overview of campaign reporting options, including how to share an interactive report with external stakeholders.
Adding influencers to the Complete stage
The way that influencers are added to the Content Creation stage depends on the preceding stage of the workflow and the way they are promoted past it.
- Content Creation to Complete: Automatically when all deliverables are met.
- Post Review to Complete: Manually, when you approve and promote them.
- Post-Payment to Complete: Manually, if incentives are fulfilled offline. Automatically when all incentives are fulfilled, if fulfilled using an integration.
Complete is always the last stage of the workflow; there is no promotion past the Complete stage.
Workflow phase
Stages are grouped into phases to reflect the status of influencers in the campaign at a higher level. The Complete stage is grouped in the Complete phase.
All campaign functions such as content binding and incentive fulfillment are fully enabled for influencers in the Complete phase.
See Comprehensive Workflow Logic for additional detail on workflow phases.
Related message templates
The Post Complete message template is associated with the Complete stage when the Post-Payment stage when is not enabled.
The Post Complete template contains placeholder text describing a Post-Payment incentive; if no such incentive is included in your campaign, remove this section when customizing your message.
Appearance to influencers
In campaigns where the influencer campaign manager (ICM) is enabled, influencers in the Content Creation workflow stage will see a message at the top of the page that their participation is complete.
Complete campaigns move from the Active Campaigns tab of the ICM to the Past Campaigns tab when it is 60 days past the content due date.
