Draft & Draft Review stage definition
The Draft and Draft Review workflow stages are designed to support the draft review process, including draft submission, feedback, and approval.
When to use
Enable the Draft and Draft Review stages when you wish to review drafts and give feedback before influencers post content publicly.
If you don't need to see drafts ahead of posting, skip these stages to streamline the workflow.
The Draft and Draft Review stages are linked, meaning the two stages cannot be disabled or enabled on their own.
Stage-specific capabilities and tasks
The Draft and Draft Review workflow stages are designed to support the draft review process, including draft submission, feedback, and approval. For additional detail and step-by-step instructions, see Collecting and Reviewing Draft Content.
The draft review process is also shareable with stakeholders who don't log in to Later Influence™ (formerly Mavrck) directly. The Shareable Draft Review feature allows you to share influencers in the Draft Review stage with stakeholders, collecting their feedback and votes as well. See Shareable Draft Review Link for additional detail on the available functionality and step-by-step instructions to share links.
Adding influencers to the Draft and Draft Review workflow stages
The way that influencers are added to the Draft stage of the workflow depends on the prior stage.
Influencers are promoted to the Draft Review stage automatically when they submit all required draft content.
Promoting influencers past the Draft and Draft Review workflow stages
Influencers are promoted past the Draft Review stage manually.
After you have approved all of an influencer's draft content, select their profile in the workflow and click the Promote button that appears in the upper-right corner. Note that influencers are not promoted past Draft Review automatically when their content is approved.
Workflow phase
Stages are grouped into phases to reflect the status of influencers in the campaign at a higher-level. The Draft and Draft Review stages are grouped in the Participants phase.
All campaign functions such as content binding and incentive fulfillment are fully enabled for influencers in the Participants phase.
See Comprehensive Workflow Logic for additional detail on workflow phases.

The influencer side of the draft review process is also detailed in the influencer-facing article Draft Review.
