Shareable Links let you securely share parts of your campaign workflow or reporting with people outside your Later Influence account — such as clients, brand partners, or colleagues — without requiring them to log in.
Instead of exporting spreadsheets, PDFs, or screenshots, you can send a simple link that provides read-only access to applicants, draft content, or campaign reports.
With Shareable Links, external collaborators can:
- Review creator applicants.
- Leave votes or draft review comments.
- View campaign performance reports.
- Have their name and email recorded so feedback is tracked.
This makes collaboration faster, easier, and more transparent.
Types of Shareable Links
Later Influence supports multiple Shareable Link types:
-
Influencer Review Links — share creators from your campaign workflow so external stakeholders can review and provide feedback.
- Depending on your campaign setup, these links can include creators in the Candidates, Invited, or Applied stages. Reviewers can view creator details and leave votes or comments.

-
Draft Review Links — share draft submissions for review and feedback before posts go live.

-
Performance Report Links — share a live, always-up-to-date version of your campaign performance report, with customizable sections (ROI, Top Content, Audience Demographics, and more).

Applicants review
Collaborators will see creator profiles and application details, and can vote (Upvote / Downvote).
Drafts review
Collaborators can review draft content and provide feedback through comments.
Campaign reports
Collaborators will see a live version of your campaign performance report containing only the sections you’ve chosen to share.
Limitations & Security
-
One link per stage per campaign: Creating a new link replaces the existing link for that stage.
- Links for different stages are independent (for example, replacing an Applied link won’t affect a Draft Review link).
- Permissions are limited: Collaborators cannot message creators, edit deliverables, or change workflow stages.
- Global changes: For Performance Reports, updating visible sections applies across all existing report links.
- Open access: Anyone with the link can view the shared content. Share links only with trusted stakeholders.
- Restricted actions: External collaborators can view and provide limited feedback (votes or comments), but cannot edit or promote creators.
Troubleshooting common questions
My client can’t open the link.
Confirm they have the correct URL and have entered their name and email.
Can I generate multiple links for the same stage?
No. Only one link can exist per stage, per campaign. Creating a new link replaces the existing one.
Will collaborators see dropped creators or rejected drafts?
No. Only active applicants or current drafts appear in shareable links.
If I update a Performance Report, do I need to resend the link?
No. Report links are live and automatically update with the latest campaign data.
