The campaign workflow supports two types of automation: automatic message delivery and automatic creator promotion between stages. This article covers both.
Message Template Automation
Message templates can send automatically when a creator enters a workflow stage, when a due date is approaching or has passed, or when a concept or draft is marked as needing work.
Important: Every message template is set to Manual by default. The platform does not identify the correct automation for each template. Before setting a campaign live, review each template under Setup → Message Templates → Edit → Delivery and configure it using the table below.
Some triggers depend on the stages enabled in your campaign. For You’re Confirmed, select the first enabled workflow stage after the Confirmation stage. Use Pre-Payment when it is enabled; otherwise, use Concept Submission or Draft Submission instead of the You’re Confirmed template.

Note: Each message template can only send automatically once per creator, even if a creator re-enters the stage. You can send the same template manually as many times as needed.
