    How to Invite Creators into Your Campaign

    Once you’ve added creators to your campaign, the next step is inviting them to apply. Later Influence offers three ways to send invitations, all of which move creators into the Invited workflow stage.

    Important: If the campaign is Live, invited creators will see it listed under their All Campaigns section in Later Social.

    How Creators Enter the Invited Stage

    Creators appear in Invited when you:

    • Manually add them from Search results, Lists, or My Members.
    • Upload them via a CSV list into the campaign.
    • Promote them from the Candidates stage (if enabled).

    Once in Invited, creators will either:

    • Receive your automated invitation message (if configured), or
    • Wait until you send a manual message or share an external application link.
    Note: The Invited and Applied stages are linked — you cannot enable one without the other. Creators move from Invited → Applied automatically once they submit their application.

    Sending Invitations

    1. Automatic Invitations (Recommended)

    Creators are automatically sent an invitation email as soon as they enter the Invited stage.

    How to set up automatic invitations:

    1. Open the Setup tab of your campaign.
    2. Select Message Templates.
    3. Locate the Invitation template and customize the subject and body.
    4. Under Delivery, click Edit.
    5. Select Automatic: Stage Entry → choose the Invited stage.
    6. Click Save.

    From now on, every creator placed in Invited will automatically receive your invitation email.

    2. Manual Invitations (From the Platform)

    If you prefer to control timing or personalize outreach, you can send invitations manually.

    How to send manual invitations:

    1. Go to the Workflow tab of your campaign.
    2. Select the creator(s) you want to invite (individually or in bulk).
    3. Click Send Message.
    4. Choose the Invitation template from the dropdown.
    5. Click Send.

    3. External Invitations (Outside the Platform)

    You can also share your campaign application link directly with creators (via email, DMs, or any channel).

    How to share your campaign link:

    1. Open the Setup tab of your campaign.
    2. Select Application from the menu.
    3. Copy the Application URL.
    4. Share it externally with creators.

    When they apply, they’ll automatically appear in the Applied stage.

    Important: Your campaign must be Live for creators to access and apply through the link.

    What Happens in the Invited Stage

    • Performance Forecasting → View forecasting metrics to estimate potential performance of creators you’ve added.
    • Promotion Rules → Creators automatically move to Applied once they submit an application. Manual promotion is also possible.
    • Workflow Phase → Invited is part of the Candidates phase. At this point:
      • No content binding or incentive fulfillment is possible.
      • Deliverables can still be edited
