If a creator in your campaign needs technical support, Later's team can help. This article explains how creators can contact support and links to troubleshooting resources for the most common issues.
How Creators Contact Support
Creators can get immediate answers to common questions using the Later chatbot, available on the Later Influence website. If the chatbot can't resolve the issue, creators can submit a support request through Later's contact form.
Direct them to complete the form as follows:
- Under What can we help you with?, select "I'm an Influencer/Content Creator looking for support"
- Under Your Later account email, enter the email address associated with their Later account
- Under Send a copy (optional), enter any additional email addresses to CC — for example, a talent manager
- Under I've got a question about, select the option that best describes the issue
- Under Impacted Campaign(s), paste the campaign title exactly as it appears in Later Influence — this helps the team locate it quickly
- Under Message, describe the issue in detail, including screenshots of any error messages and any troubleshooting steps already attempted
Tip: The more detail a creator provides in their message, the faster the team can help.
