Post Review stage definition
The Post Review stage serves as an additional point of review after content deliverables are fulfilled before influencers are promoted to Post-Payment or Complete.
When to use the Post Review stage
Use the Post Review stage when you want to review the content influencers posted before you ready their Post-Payment incentives or consider their participation to be complete.
If you don't need to review content after it's been posted, whether because draft review was used or because you are not sending payment after posting, skip this stage to streamline the workflow.
Stage-specific capabilities and tasks
The Content Creation workflow stage is designed to round out the process of collecting campaign content. For additional detail, including which content types can be collected automatically and which need to be self-reported, as well as the available data for each content type, see Collecting Campaign Content.
Adding influencers to the Post Review stage
Influencers are added to the Post Review stage automatically when all content deliverables are fulfilled and they are promoted past Content Creation.
Promoting influencers past the Post Review stage
Influencers are promoted to the next stage manually after you review their content and approve it. Select their profiles in the workflow stage and click the Promote button that appears in the upper-right corner.
Workflow phase
Stages are grouped into phases to reflect the status of influencers in the campaign at a higher level. The Post Review stage is grouped in the Complete phase.
All campaign functions such as content binding and incentive fulfillment are fully enabled for influencers in the Complete phase.
See Comprehensive Workflow Logic for additional detail on workflow phases.
Related message templates
There are no default message templates associated with the Post Review stage.
In the default workflow, there is no suggested contact with influencers in the Post Review stage, though you may wish to send influencers a custom message template recognizing that they have fulfilled all deliverables and their content will be reviewed before they reach the next stage. To set this up, create a custom message template and set it to send automatically at the Post Review stage. See Setting Up Message Templates for additional detail.
Appearance to influencers
In campaigns where the influencer campaign manager (ICM) is enabled, influencers in the Content Creation workflow stage will see an alert at the top of the page that their next step is to create and post the required content.
In the Content Deliverables section of the ICM, they can see each piece of required content and its status in the platform. At the Post Review stage, the status of all content deliverables should be listed as Complete.
