Applicants are creators who have submitted a campaign application. In Later Influence, they appear in the Applied workflow stage. This is where you and your team decide who to move forward and who to drop.
Review Applicants Individually
- In Later Influence, open your campaign and select the Workflow tab
- Select the Applied stage
- Select an applicant's profile image to open their Lightbox
- Review the following details:
- Recent content: up to 20 of their most recent Instagram or Pinterest posts
- Campaign history: whether they've participated in your campaigns before and how they performed
- Application responses: answers to custom questions, submitted concepts, or proposed rates
- Comments: notes left by your team about the creator
- Select the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons in the top left corner to signal preferences — you can sort applicants later by total net votes
- In the top right corner, select Accept to promote them to the next stage, or Drop to move them to Dropped
Note: Dropped creators are not notified. They can always be re-added to the campaign from the Dropped stage.
Review Applicants in Bulk
- In Later Influence, select the Applied stage in the Workflow tab

Troubleshooting
I dropped a creator by accident
Find them in the Dropped stage and promote them back to the relevant stage.
A creator says they weren't notified after being dropped
Correct — creators are not notified when dropped.
Why can't I move someone from Invited → Applied manually?
Creators must apply themselves to ensure opt-in consent.
