The Draft Review shareable link lets collaborators view and comment on draft content submitted for creators, including drafts uploaded by creators, brand users, or internal users, without logging in to Later Influence.
For an overview of all Shareable Link types, see Shareable Link Overview.
Generate a Draft Review Link
- In Later Influence, open the relevant campaign
- Select the Shareable Links button in the campaign header
- Select Draft Review, then select Next
- Copy the URL and share it with your collaborators
Collaborator Access
When collaborators open the link, they're prompted to enter their name and email so their comments are tracked.
They see a list of creators in the Draft Review stage of the campaign. A green dot appears next to any creator whose draft content you (or your team) haven't viewed yet. Selecting a creator opens the draft submissions for that creator’s assigned deliverables. Collaborators can also see who uploaded each draft, such as the creator, a brand user, or an internal user.
If multiple versions have been submitted for a deliverable, submissions are ordered newest to oldest, with older versions collapsed by default. New submissions have a green New tag.
Leaving Feedback
Collaborators can leave internal comments on drafts and use the 👍 “Looks good to me shortcut.” Comments can include emojis via the emoji selector.
Collaborator comments are visible to your team inside Later Influence but are not shown to creators. Once a collaborator has commented on a draft, a comment icon appears next to that creator's name in the sidebar.
Internal comments, including collaborator comments and internal notes added during upload, are visible to your team in Later Influence but are not shown to creators.
After reviewing collaborator comments, submit your final feedback to the creator through the draft review process inside Later Influence. See Reviewing Draft Content in Later Influence.
