Deliverables define what creators need to complete in your campaign — posts, reviews, or shared links. Later Influence makes it easy to set up, assign, and track deliverables so both you and your creators are aligned.
Setting Campaign-Level Deliverables
- Who it applies to: All creators entering the campaign.
- When to use: When you know what you want all creators in your campaign to deliver.
- Example: You set “2 Instagram Posts + 1 TikTok.” Every new creator you invite or confirm will automatically inherit those deliverables.
How to set campaign-level deliverables:
- Open the campaign.
- Click the Setup tab.
- Open the Deliverables section.
- Click + Add Deliverable and fill in the details.
- If you are setting deliverables for Instagram, also add a binding hashtag for your campaign in the relevant field. This allows Later to pull in your content once it’s published.
- You can learn more here: Collecting Content with Binding Hashtags in Later Influence.
Editing Deliverables
You can edit deliverable due dates, binding hashtags, and FTC hashtags at any time — even after your campaign is live.
- Before campaign is live: You can freely add, remove, or edit deliverables.
-
After campaign is live:
- You can add or edit deliverables, due dates, and hashtags.
- Updates apply automatically to creators still in early workflow stages (Candidates, Invited, Applied).
- For confirmed creators, you can update deliverables individually by following the steps listed below.
Assigning Deliverables on a Creator-by-Creator Basis
Use this when a specific creator needs unique or custom requirements.
To update an individual creator
- Open your campaign and go to the Workflow tab.
- Find the creator and click the ← arrow to open their details.
- Click Assign Content Deliverables.
- Add or adjust deliverables, quantities, or due dates.
- Click Save.
Use this method when:
- You negotiated different deliverables with a creator.
- You need to update deadlines for individual creators.
- You’re adding new deliverables to confirmed creators.
To update a group of creators in bulk
- Open your campaign and go to the Workflow tab.
- Select the relevant creators
- From the navigation bar that appears click the three dots (...)
- Set the action to Assign Content Deliverables
- Add the relevant deliverables for this group
- Click Save.
Types of Deliverables
There are three main deliverable types you can assign:
Create Content
- Ask creators to publish on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, or other channels.
- You’ll set:
- A Binding Hashtag (unique to each campaign, required for auto content tracking).
- An FTC Hashtag (e.g., #ad or #sponsored).
- If Draft Review is enabled, creators must submit drafts for approval before posting.
Amplify Content
- Provide creators with a tracking link to share.
- Lets you measure clicks and conversions.
- Later automatically pulls in a preview (image + metadata) that you can edit before sharing.
Review Product
- Ask creators to submit a product review.
- You can assign specific products or allow creators to choose.
- These must be set before the campaign goes live.
Setting Deliverable Due Dates
Due dates keep your campaign on track and let creators know exactly when work is expected.
- At the campaign level: Set default due dates when you first add deliverables in Setup.
- At the individual level: Override due dates for specific creators in the Workflow tab.
-
Types of dates you can set:
- Draft Due Date → When draft submissions must be uploaded (only if Draft Review is enabled).
- Content Due Date → When final posts must go live.
Rules to remember:
- Draft Due Date must always be before the Content Due Date.
- If you update due dates after a campaign is live:
- New applicants will inherit the new dates.
- Existing participants keep their old dates unless you update them individually.
How Deliverables Appear to Creators
Creators see their deliverables and due dates directly in their Campaign Manager in Later Social.
They’ll see:
- A list of required posts, reviews, or links.
- Due dates for drafts and final content.
- Hashtags and FTC disclosures they must include.
- The option to submit drafts (if enabled) and mark deliverables complete once posted.
This ensures creators know exactly what’s expected and when.
