The Content Library is where all creator content from across your program lives — posts, Stories, Reels, TikToks, and more.
View Content
Select Content from the left sidebar to access the Content Library. By default, all content from all campaigns displays in a grid view with thumbnail previews. To switch to a list view showing captions, creators, and metrics, select the list icon (≡) in the upper-right corner.
To view content for a specific campaign, use the Campaign filter on the left side of the page.
To view an individual piece of content, select it from the grid or list. The content viewer shows:
- Caption text
- Post metrics (likes, comments, views, and more)
- Creator profile and associated campaign
- A direct link to the live post on the social platform via View Post
Tag and Organize Content
Tags help you group and filter content across campaigns. You can create, apply, and delete tags from the Content Library.
Tag content individually
- Select grid view, then select a piece of content
-
Select Tag in the upper right
- Select an existing tag or type a new name to create one
- Select the tag name to apply it
Tag content in bulk
- Select the checkboxes on multiple pieces of content (top-right corner in grid view, leftmost column in list view)
- Select Tag at the top of the page
- Select existing tags or type a new name to create one
- Select Apply Tags
Remove a tag from content
Select the content item, then select the X next to the tag in the Tags section. Removing a tag only detaches it from that post — the tag still exists and remains applied to other content.
Delete a tag permanently
Open the Tag Content panel, select Delete Tag next to the tag name, and confirm. Deleted tags cannot be recovered.
Filter and Sort Content
Use the filters at the top of the Content page to narrow results. Available filters include campaign, platform, creator name, tags, date range, and content type (Reels, Stories, Posts).
Sort by metrics like engagement, impressions, or publish date to identify your best-performing content.
Export Content
To download content with performance data:
- Select the export icon in the upper-right corner of the Content tab
- Choose to export all content across your instance or from a specific campaign
- Choose Export Summary Only or Export Summary and Content
Content files export as ZIP (photos in PNG, videos in MP4). The Content Summary exports as CSV. See Export Options for full details on what's included.
