Later Influence lets you export data from multiple areas of the platform. This article covers what can be exported from each section and how to access each export.

Export Content

Content exports include the Content Summary (a CSV of post metadata and performance data) and optionally the media files themselves. Filters applied on the Content tab carry over to the export.

From all campaigns:

1. In Later Influence, select Content from the left sidebar
2. Apply any desired filters
3. Select Download in the upper-right corner
4. Select Download Media or Download CSV

From a specific campaign:

1. In Later Influence, open the campaign and select the Content tab
2. Apply any desired filters
3. Select Download in the upper-right corner
4. Select Download Media or Download CSV

File format: Content files export as ZIP (photos in PNG, videos in MP4). The Content Summary exports as CSV. For a full list of columns in the Content Summary, see Content Summary Export.

Individual pieces of content: Select any piece of content to open the details view. Right-select to save an image, or use the download button in the video player for video files.

Export Influencers

Influencer exports include contact details, shipping addresses, and lifetime performance history. Only My Members profiles can be exported — Influencer Index profiles that haven't opted in to your program can't be included. Non-member profiles in the Candidates or Invited workflow stage are also excluded.

From search (My Members):

1. In Later Influence, select Influencers from the left sidebar
2. Set the Data Source to My Members
3. Apply any desired filters or keyword searches
4. Select the ellipsis icon in the upper-right corner
5. Select the export icon

6. Open the export file sent via email

From a campaign workflow:

1. In Later Influence, open the campaign and select the Workflow tab
2. Open the workflow stage you want to export
3. Apply any desired filters
4. Select the export icon

5. Open the export file sent via email

Export Reports

Report exports aggregate data across multiple campaigns, reporting groups, or instances, and can be grouped by custom timeframes.

1. In Later Influence, select Reports from the left sidebar
2. Select the Overview tab
3. Select your campaigns and date ranges
4. Optionally select Customize View to choose which columns appear in the Campaigns and Social Platforms tables
5. Select Export and choose from:
   • Entire Page (PDF): exports the full report page in presentation-ready format
   • Campaigns Table (CSV): exports campaign-level metrics
   • Social Platforms Table (CSV): exports performance data broken down by platform
   • Top Content (CSV): exports top-performing posts
   • Top Influencers (CSV): exports top-performing creators

Export Incentives

Incentive exports include tracking numbers, incentive IDs, cost and value data, and influencer shipping addresses. Exported files can also be re-imported with updated information — see Import Incentive Information for details.

1. In Later Influence, select Incentives from the left sidebar
2. Adjust the default filters as needed (available filters: type, status, archival status, days since readied, influencer properties, campaign)
3. Select Export CSV

Export Transactions

Transaction exports are available when a payment integration (Stripe, PayPal, or Tango Cards) is enabled.

1. In Later Influence, select Incentives from the left sidebar
2. Select the Transactions sub-tab
3. Apply any desired filters
4. Select the export icon in the upper-right corner

The exported CSV includes: 

• Date
• Campaign ID
• Transaction ID
• Recipient name and email
• Payment Account
• Amount, Status
• Transaction Type.

Export Campaigns

Exporting your campaigns list provides a summary of performance, budget, and creation details across all campaigns matching your current filters.

1. In Later Influence, select Campaigns from the left sidebar
2. Apply any desired filters
3. Select Export CSV
4. Optionally add influencer properties to include in the file
5. Select Export
