There are several ways to export content and data from Later Influence to maximize the value of your program. 

Note: The export icon referenced in the instructions looks like this:

Export Content

Content exports include the image and video files posted by influencers as well as a Content Summary file that contains all the influencer and campaign information relevant to the content.

Content exports are limited to 1,000 pieces of content. To export more than 1,000 pieces of content, use filters or campaigns to export in smaller batches. When you request an export, any filters applied on the Content tab will be applied to the content that is exported.

You can choose to export only the Content Summary or to include the content files.

File Format

Content files are exported in compressed folders (ZIP format). Photos are exported in PNG format and videos in MP4 format. Image and video file names contain the first and last names of the content creator and the network where the content was posted.

The Content Summary is exported in CSV format. The columns included in the Content Summary file are detailed in Content Summary Export.

From All Campaigns

You can export content across all campaigns or a subset of campaigns (using filters) as follows:

1. Select the Content tab from the left navigation menu
2. Apply any desired filters
3. Select the export icon in the upper-right corner
4. Select Export Summary Only or Export Summary and Content

From a Specific Campaign

You can export content from a specific campaign as follows:

1. Navigate to the desired campaign
2. Select the Content tab of the campaign
3. Apply any desired filters
4. Select the export icon in the upper-right corner
5. Select Export Summary Only or Export Summary and Content

Individual Pieces of Content

To save an individual image:

1. Select the piece of content to open the content details
2. Right-click on the image
3. Select Save from your system options

To save an individual video, select the content to open the video player and use the download button in the control menu.

Export Influencers

There are several ways to export influencer data, including shipping addresses and the history of their performance in your program.

There is no limit on the number of influencers that can be exported. Large exports are completed in the background and you will be notified by email when your file is ready.

From Search

You can export influencers in your My Members database from search as follows:

1. Select the Influencers tab from the left navigation menu
2. Set the Data Source to My Members
3. Apply filters or keyword searches, if desired
4. Select the three dots (...) in the upper-right corner
5. Select the export icon
6. Open export file sent via email

From a Campaign

Exporting influencers from a campaign includes additional columns with campaign-specific details, including all influencer properties included on the campaign application. You can export influencers from a campaign as follows:

1. Navigate to the desired campaign
2. Select the Workflow tab of the campaign
3. Open the workflow stage you wish to export
4. Apply filters or keyword searches, if desired
5. Select the three dots (...) in the upper-right corner
6. Select the export icon
7. Open export file sent via email

Export Reports

Exporting from the Reports section allows you to aggregate data across multiple campaigns, reporting groups, or instances, and group by custom timeframes.

The Reports section contains two tabs: Overview and Acquisition. You can export reports from the Overview tab as follows:

1. Select Reports from the left navigation menu
2. Select the Overview tab
3. Select the desired campaigns and date range to measure
   • All data on the Overview tab will dynamically update to reflect data from the chosen campaigns in the selected date range
4. [Optional] Select Customize View above the Campaigns and Social Platforms sections to select which columns to show in the tables
5. [Optional] Select Sort by: above the Top Content and Top Influencers sections to select a different metric to sort them by
6. Select the Export button:
   
7. Select what you’d like to export:
   Tip: Clicking will export the tab’s contents as-displayed (including all formatting) in PDF format for easy sharing.
8. Select Export

Export Incentives

Exporting from the Incentives section provides access to incentive details including tracking numbers, incentive IDs, cost and value, as well as influencer shipping addresses.

Incentives can also be imported back into the platform with updated information. For details, please see Import Incentive Information.

You can export incentives as follows:

1. Select the Incentives tab from the main menu
2. Adjust the default filters to meet your needs
3. Select the export icon in the upper-right corner

Available filters for incentives include type, status, archival status, days since readied, influencer properties, and campaign.

Export Transactions

If your program utilizes a payment integration, such as PayPal, Stripe, or Tango Cards, the ledger of all transactions through the platform can be exported as well. You can export transactions as follows:

1. Select Incentives from the left navigation menu
2. Select the Transactions tab
3. Apply filters, if desired
4. Select the export icon in the upper-right corner

Export Campaigns

Exporting your campaigns is one way to review the performance of your program with a variety of data points about each campaign, including creation date, performance, budget, and more. You can export campaigns as follows:

1. Select the Campaigns tab from the left navigation
2. Apply any desired filters to the list of campaigns
3. Select the export icon in the upper-right corner
4. If desired, add influencer properties to include in the exported file
5. Select Export
