The Content Summary is a CSV file containing all data associated with your exported content. It's generated whenever you export content from the Content tab — either for all campaigns or a specific campaign. See Export Options for full instructions on exporting content.

Engagement Rate Definitions
Actual Engagement Rate: the number of engagements a specific piece of content received, divided by the number of impressions it received.
Average Engagement Rate: the average engagement rate of the account that posted the content. For example, if you've exported Instagram content, this column shows the average engagement rate of the relevant Instagram account. The Average Engagement Rate is calculated using engagements from the most recent 12–25 posts on the account and the account's reach (follower count).
