Content Summary Export

There are several ways to export content and data from the platform to maximize the value of your program. For a complete overview of what can be exported from the platform, please see Export Options.

One of the most useful export options is the Content Summary. The Content Summary is a CSV file containing all information relevant to the selected content.

The table below lists each column that is included in the Content Summary export.

Engagement Rate Definitions

Actual Engagement Rate is defined as the number of engagements the specific content received divided by the number of impressions it received.

Average Engagement Rate is defined as the average engagement rate of the account that posted the content.

For example, if you've exported Instagram content, the Average Engagement Rate column will display the average engagement rate of the relevant Instagram account. If you've exported Pinterest content, the Average Engagement Rate column will display the average engagement rate of the relevant Pinterest account.

No matter the content type, the Average Engagement Rate is determined using the engagements of the most recent 12-25 posts on the account and the account's reach (follower count).
