Content Creation stage definition
Content Creation is the stage of a campaign when influencers are tasked to create and publish content. Once the platform has tracked each deliverable for an influencer, they are auto-promoted to the next stage.
When to use the Content Creation stage
The Content Creation stage is enabled in the workflow of all campaigns. It cannot be disabled.
Stage-specific capabilities and tasks
The Content Creation workflow stage is designed to support the process of collecting campaign content. For additional detail, including which content types can be collected automatically and which need to be self-reported, as well as the available data for each content type, see Collecting Campaign Content.
Adding influencers to the Content Creation stage
The way that influencers are added to the Content Creation stage depends on the preceding stage of the workflow and the way they are promoted past it.
Promoting influencers past the Content Creation stage
Influencers are automatically promoted to the next stage after Content Creation when they complete the campaign deliverables, by creating content that is tracked automatically or manually, self-reporting content, or submitting reviews.
If influencers don't need to meet all campaign deliverables, promote them past the Content Creation stage manually.
Workflow phase
Stages are grouped into phases to reflect the status of influencers in the campaign at a higher level. The Content Creation stage is grouped in the Participants phase.
All campaign functions such as content binding and incentive fulfillment are fully enabled for influencers in the Participants phase.
See Comprehensive Workflow Logic for additional detail on workflow phases.

Appearance to influencers
In campaigns where the influencer campaign manager (ICM) is enabled, influencers in the Content Creation workflow stage will see an alert at the top of the page that their next step is to create and post the required content.
In the Content Deliverables section of the ICM, they can see each piece of required content and its status in the platform, either Pending, if the content has not yet been received, or Complete.
