A canned response is a reusable template that can be sent in reply to influencer messages.
If you often receive similar questions through email, canned responses make it easy to quickly send thoughtful replies and detailed information.
Canned responses can be reused across all campaigns, in replies or new messages.

Merge Tags in Canned Responses
Merge tags are short bits of code that allow you to insert unique influencer data and custom links into message templates and other emails.
A limited selection of merge tags is available to use in canned responses. Only merge tags that are not tied to a specific campaign can be inserted into canned responses. For example, you cannot insert merge tags for due dates, binding hashtags, campaign names, or similar, as they are all campaign-specific and canned responses are not campaign-specific.
