Deliverables stage definition
The Deliverables stage is designed to hold influencers who you have asked to confirm that they will participate in your campaign.
When to use the Deliverables stage
The Deliverables stage is recommended any time you want to assign deliverables to individual influencers within your campaign, rather than assigning each influencer the exact same deliverables.
Use of the Deliverables stage is recommended to organize the process of assigning deliverables in one place, however, the Deliverables stage is not required to enable content deliverable assignment assignment and editing.
Stage-specific capabilities and tasks
The Deliverables workflow stage is designed to organize the process of assigning deliverables in one place, however, the Deliverables stage is not required to enable content deliverable assignment and editing.
Content deliverables can be managed when influencers are in any stage of the Candidates workflow phase (Candidates, Invited, Applied, Deliverables).
See Content Deliverable Assignment for a complete overview of content deliverables and assignment options.
Adding influencers to the Deliverables stage
Influencers are promoted to the Deliverables stage of the workflow manually. If the Applied stage is enabled, influencers are promoted to the Deliverables stage when you accept their campaign applications.
If you are running a campaign entirely with influencers you have already worked with, and don't need to review applications, you can enable Deliverables as the first stage of the workflow. When you add new influencers to the campaign, they will be added directly to the Deliverables stage.
Promoting influencers past the Deliverables stage
Influencers are manually promoted to the next stage of the workflow after Deliverables.
Promote influencers once you have finalized their Deliverables. Once influencers are promoted past the Deliverables stage, their Deliverables cannot be edited, unless they are moved backward in the workflow.
Workflow phase
Stages are grouped into phases to reflect the status of influencers in the campaign at a higher level. The Deliverables stage is grouped in the Candidates phase.
Deliverables can only be assigned or edited while influencers are in the Candidates phase.
See Comprehensive Workflow Logic for additional detail on workflow phases.
