Later Influence lets you create a fully branded experience for both your internal teams and creators. From updating your program’s logo and colors to enabling enterprise-level white labeling, you can make the platform feel uniquely yours.
There are two layers of branding available in Later Influence:
- In-Platform Branding → Customize the appearance of your account, including logos, colors, and program details.
- Private Label Options → This includes custom domains, white-labeled URLs, and branded email sending.
Both layers work together to give your organization and creators a seamless, on-brand experience.
In-Platform Branding Options
You can access your branding settings directly within Later Influence. These settings control the appearance of your instance for both internal users and creators.
How to Access
- Go to Settings → Branding
- Choose the section you want to customize.
Admin Branding (Internal View)
These settings define how your instance appears to your internal team:
- Account Display Name: The name displayed throughout your instance
- Logo: Upload a 200 × 60px logo (max 2MB). Displayed in the top-left navigation bar and on loading screens
- Favicon: Upload a 32 × 32px favicon (max 100KB). Displayed in the browser tab.

Brand Colors:
- Button Color: Applied globally to primary action buttons.
- Accent Color: Applied to highlights throughout the platform
Creator Branding (Creator-Facing View)
These settings control how your program appears to creators:
- Program Name: Displayed to influencers throughout the influencer experience
- Program Description: Displayed on the program landing page (optional)
- Program Image: Background image on the program landing page (980x490 pixels)
- Accent Color: Background color on campaign applications
- Button Color: Used for buttons throughout the influencer experience
- Fav Icon: Image shown in the address bar of the web browser throughout the influencer experience (48x48 pixels)
- Logo: Image shown in the influencer campaign manager header (59x59 pixels)

Privacy & Legal

Email Setup
Email Address
The default email address associated with messages sent from the platform is [ProgramName]@brandmail.co. This email can be customized using your own branded domain at no extra charge.
Your Later Influence team will provide setup instructions during onboarding (for more details, see Private Labeled Email Domain).
Default Language
The Default Language option on the Email Setup tab determines which language is used for automated messages sent by the platform. These include email login confirmation and account connection reminders.

The system default language is English (US).
