An Incentive Request Order Form, or IROF, is used to load funds into the Later Influence platform that are used to pay creators their cash incentives for your campaign.
Completing an incentive request is a collaborative process between you (the brand) and Later’s team. This article breaks down the process step-by-step and what is required at each stage.

The process for submitting and fulfilling an incentive request is as follows:

Information Required & Time Frames
For an incentive request to be completed, the incentive request form will need to be filled out which requires the following information:
- Your first & last name
- Your email address
- The billing contact’s first & last name and email address (if different than the submitter)
- If these details are left blank, the contract will be made out to whoever submitted the form
- Company name
- Campaign that the payment is for
- The amount to be added to the platform (not including the incentive fee)
- [Optional] Additional notes
After you’ve submitted the request form, you’ll also need to:
- Sign the returned contract, after it has been sent to you by our Core Services team (typically within 1–2 business days of submitting the request form)
- Pay the invoice, after it has been submitted to you by Later’s finance team (typically within 2–3 business days of signing the contract)
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the process take?
Typically, the turnaround from the incentive request being submitted and the funds being loaded is around 1–2 weeks so long as the customer signs the contract and pays the invoice promptly. Completing these steps quickly helps prevent processing delays.
How are the funds loaded?
After you’ve signed the contract and paid the invoice, our finance team will load the funds into your instance within 2 business days of the invoice being paid.
How should I pay my invoice?
We recommend paying invoices by ACH.
How often should I submit the incentive request form?
We recommend loading incentive funds on a quarterly or annual basis. This is to ensure there aren’t delays with paying influencers in each campaign. Our team won’t access or modify the funds unless requested directly.
What if I don’t use all the loaded funds?
Extra funds can be held in the platform and used towards future campaigns. If you need funds returned to you, please reach out to your Account Manager.
What if I need to make a change to the request?
Please reach out to your Account Manager if you need to make a change or adjustment to the incentive request. Changes may increase the completion time, so we recommend finalizing the details as much as possible before submitting the request.
