An Incentive Request Order Form (IROF) is used to load funds into Later Influence for paying creators cash incentives in your campaign. This article explains the IROF process from submission through funding.
The Process
Each step must be completed before the next one can begin. Complete your parts as quickly as possible to avoid delays.

Required Information
The incentive request form asks for the following:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Billing contact name and email (if different from the submitter). If left blank, the contract is made out to whoever submitted the form
- Company name
- Campaign the payment is for
- Amount to be added to the platform (not including the processing fee)
- Additional notes (optional)
Timelines
After submitting the form, you'll also need to sign the returned contract (typically sent within 1–2 business days of submission) and pay the invoice (typically sent within 2–3 business days of signing). Funds are loaded within 2 business days of invoice payment.
The full process from submission to funds loaded typically takes 1–2 weeks when the contract and invoice are completed promptly.

How should I pay the invoice?
ACH is recommended.
How often should I submit a request?
Quarterly or annually. Frequent top-ups can introduce delays.
What happens to unused funds?
Extra funds remain in the platform and can be applied to future campaigns. Contact your Account Manager to request a refund.
Can I change a request after submitting?
Contact your Account Manager. Changes may increase the turnaround time — finalize details before submitting where possible. Don't submit a separate form for changes.
What if I haven't received the invoice or contract within the expected timeframe?
Contact your Account Manager to verify the correct contact details are on file.
