Contacting Later Influence Support
Creators participating in Later Influence campaigns can get in touch with our team via this contact form:
- Under What can we help you with?, select I’m an Influencer/Content Creator looking for support
- Under Your Later account email, enter the email address associated with your Later Influence account
- [Optional] Under Send a copy, enter any other email(s) that should be CC’d on this support request (separated by commas)
- For example, some creators like to include their talent manager in any campaign communications
- Under I've got a question about:, select the option that best describes what you need help with
- Under Impacted Campaign(s), paste the title of the campaign that’s affected
- Entering the campaign name exactly as it appears in Later Influence will help our team locate it quickly
- Under Message, please provide details about what you need help with
Tip: The more information included here, the faster our team can help! Please describe your issue in detail, including screenshots of error messages and any troubleshooting steps you’ve already attempted. - [Optional] Under Attachments, click Add file (or drag & drop) to include any relevant attachments with your message
- These might include documents, screenshots, and screen recordings
- If you’re experiencing issues with your campaign manager, please include a screenshot of what you’re currently seeing
- Click Send
- Our team will be in touch as quickly as possible

Connecting to Stripe

Accessing the Campaign Manager
There isn’t currently a central login that shows all of a creator’s campaigns in one place. Creators can access the campaign manager for a specific campaign via the link contained in its confirmation email.
