Later Influence Surveys allow you to conduct research with influencers that are part of your My Members list using a variety of question types. Learn about My Members

Survey responses are saved to each influencers' profile as Influencer Properties, which are filterable and easily referenced for future campaigns. 

Create a Survey

1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab
2. Select the + Create New button in the bottom right corner
3. Select Survey as the campaign type
4. Under Internal Name, enter the internal survey name
   • You’ll customize the survey title and description for influencers once the survey is created
5. Select Create Survey
6. Customize the Survey Preview
7. Customize the Survey Details
8. Customize the Post-Survey Button Link
9. Add Survey Questions
10. Select Set to ready to save changes, then Schedule Survey to set the survey live
    • If the publish date is current, the survey will be accessible immediately
    • If the publish date is in the future, your survey will automatically go live at that time

Survey Preview

• Title: Shown on the survey landing page
• Description: Shown on the survey landing page

Survey Details

• Image: Shown on the survey landing page (800x800 pixels)
• Publish Date: Leave as the current date (default), or set the survey live at a later time
• End Date: Set to close the survey automatically, or optionally select Disable End Date to keep the survey live indefinitely
• [Optional] Reporting Group: Associate survey metrics with a reporting group
• [Optional] Incentive: Distribute incentives to respondents when the survey is completed
• Language: Select the language used for the survey navigation
  
  Note: Survey questions aren't translated automatically.

Direct Link Access

Select Copy to copy the direct link to the survey.

Post-Survey Button Link

Choose one of the following options:

• Select Link to a Custom URL and enter a custom URL to route respondents to upon survey completion, or
• Select Link to a list of their active campaigns with my brand, which will redirect influencers to their Manage Campaigns tab filtered by your brand

Survey Questions

Select Add Question at the bottom of the page to add existing or new questions to the form.

Send Survey to Influencers

Messaging and workflow features aren't available in Surveys. 

Share the survey with influencers by creating a campaign for distribution or using an ongoing campaign. 

Select the Copy button in the Direct Link Access section of the Survey to access the URL. Paste the survey link into a message template in the corresponding campaign and correspond with influencers via that campaign. 

Analyze Responses

Navigate to the Survey and select Responses in the upper-left corner.

Pie charts are automatically generated for all multiple-choice questions. Raw data for all questions is presented in the table below these charts. 

Export raw data by selecting the export icon in the table.

The export includes a column for each question on the survey, as well as:

• Respondent global ID
• Full name
• Submission timestamp
• Email
• Location
• Gender
• Age
• Instagram Handle

Influencer Experience 

Respondents must log in to Later Social and must be part of My Members to access surveys. Influencers are added to your My Members list when they apply to a campaign.

All survey questions are presented on one page. Upon submitting answers, respondents are brought to their Manage Campaigns tab in Later Social (filtered by your brand), or redirected to the URL specified in the Post-Survey Button Link section.
