If you would like to remove an influencer from your My Members database, change their membership status to Rejected.
When an influencer is rejected:
- They are not able to apply for campaigns in your program.
- They will not receive new emails*.
- All contact information and content metrics are still available in the platform.
- They can be un-rejected by changing their status from Rejected to User.
- They are not automatically dropped from campaigns where they are already participants.
- *They will still receive emails from these campaigns.
- Incentives cannot be fulfilled.
Note that removing or rejecting an influencer is a different action than dropping an influencer from a campaign.
- Remove or Reject: Program-level, all your campaigns
- Dropped: Campaign-specific workflow status
