The campaign application is what creators see when they apply to your campaign. You can control what information they're asked to provide, which social accounts they need to connect, and the language the application appears in.
Application settings are configured in the Application sub-tab under your campaign's Setup tab.
Application Image and Text
The application image appears at the top of the creator-facing application. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, or TIF (max 20MB, 800x800px).
You can update the image or the text that appears alongside it in the Preview section.
Required Social Accounts
You can require creators to connect specific social platforms as part of their application. Only require accounts that are relevant to your campaign's deliverables.
Contact Information
By default, the contact info section asks for a shipping address and phone number. If you're not shipping product to creators, removing these fields can improve application completion rates.
Optional Fields
The following fields are available but not shown unless enabled in your campaign setup:
- Ethnicity
- Concept: Allows creators to pitch their content idea.
- Rate: Allows creators to share their desired compensation. If you don't enable this, make sure your incentive details are clearly described in the Incentives tab.
Campaign-Specific Terms of Service
You can add terms of service specific to this campaign in addition to your program-wide legal documents.
The "Require Influencers to View Contracts" toggle under the Privacy and Legal tab in Settings controls whether creators must open each document before applying.
- When the toggle is off, creators only need to check the "I Accept" checkbox to proceed.
- When it's on, they're required to open and view each document before applying.
This setting only applies to campaigns created after it was configured — existing campaigns are not affected.
Application Survey Questions
Custom survey questions are added in the Application Survey section. For full instructions on creating and managing questions, see Application Questions: Collect Creator Insights and Filter by Responses.
Application Link
Once your campaign is Live, the Application URL is visible in the Application sub-tab. Share this link to invite creators who aren't already in the platform. Turn on "Share with Creators on Later Social" to make your link accessible to creators looking for brand partnerships within your industry.
Pausing New Applications
Once you've finished recruiting for a campaign, you can stop accepting new applications.
- In Later Influence, open your campaign and select the Setup tab
- Select the Application sub-tab
- Scroll to the Access section and turn off Accepting Applications
