The incentive import feature allows you to easily update incentive information in bulk outside of the platform. This feature is recommended as a way to add shipment tracking numbers to product incentives, among any other edits you may wish to make.

A maximum of 250 rows can be imported back into the platform, including the header, meaning 249 incentives can be edited at a time with this method.

The following details can be edited using the import process: Tracking Number, Order Number, Comment, Cost, and ARV (actual retail value).

1. Export the relevant incentives.
   1. Open the Incentives tab from the main menu.
   2. Adjust filters to meet your needs.
   3. Click the export icon in the upper-right corner.
   4. Click Export.
2. Open the downloaded CSV file using an editor like Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
3. Edit information in the relevant rows and columns. Be sure to keep the "Id" column unchanged.
4. Save the edited file in CSV format.
5. Open the Incentives tab from the main menu in Later Influence™ (formerly Mavrck).
6. Click the import icon in the upper-right corner.
7. Click Choose File and select the CSV you edited.
8. Click Upload & Update.
9. Review the incentives you edited from the incentive fulfillment table.
