Troubleshooting Pinterest Account Connections
Not seeing pop-up window from Pinterest
If you’re not seeing the pop-up window from Pinterest when attempting to connect your account, it’s most likely that your browser (or a browser extension) is blocking it.

If it’s still not showing up after that, it could be a browser extension interfering with the pop-up. Try disabling any browser extensions while you attempt to connect your account. You can re-enable them once you’re connected. Here are instructions on managing browser extensions for popular browsers:
If you’re still having trouble after that, try connecting from an Incognito or private browsing window. See instructions for opening private windows on popular browsers below:
Wrong Pinterest account is being connected
If the incorrect Pinterest account is being connected to Later Influence, it’s usually because you’re already logged into that account in your browser window and the connection module is picking up on that automatically.
To troubleshoot this, try connecting your Pinterest account from an Incognito or private browsing window. This will prompt you to log into the specific Pinterest account you’d like to connect.
