Most creators move through workflow stages automatically — for example, when they submit drafts, confirm participation, or receive payment. However, there are times when you'll need to update a stage manually, such as correcting an error, reverting a creator to an earlier stage to update their deliverables, or skipping optional stages that don't apply to your campaign.

Updating a Creator's Workflow Stage

1. In Later Influence, navigate to Campaigns from the left-hand sidebar
2. Open the relevant campaign and select the Workflow tab
3. Use the checkboxes to select one or more creators (or select all using the checkbox by the number of search results at the top of the page
4. In the action tab, select More
5. Select Move to Workflow Stage
6. Select the new stage you'd like to move the creator(s) to

7. Select Move to confirm
