Once you've accepted creators into your campaign, asking them to confirm their participation ensures they're committed and that their contact and shipping details are up to date. The platform collects and tracks confirmations as part of the campaign workflow.
Request Confirmation
The “Member Accepted” message template includes a confirmation link that prompts creators to confirm their details and participation.
- In Later Influence, open your campaign and select the Setup tab.
- Select Message Templates.
- Review and customize the Member Accepted template. The confirmation link is already included.
- To send automatically when creators reach the Confirmation stage, select Edit in the Delivery column of the template, choose Automatic: Stage Entry, and select Confirmation as the stage.
- Select Save.
What Happens After Creators Respond
- Confirmed: Creator is automatically moved to the next stage after Confirmation.
- Opted out: Creator is automatically moved to the Dropped stage.
A status icon on each creator's profile image indicates their current confirmation status:
- Green check: Confirmed
- Grey question mark: Did not respond
- Red X: Opted out
Filter by Participation Status
To see which creators have confirmed, opted out, or not yet responded:
- In Later Influence, open your campaign and select the Workflow tab.
- Select the Other filter group.
- Select the Participating Status dropdown and choose the status you want to view.
Promoting Creators Past Confirmation Manually
If you don't need creators to go through the formal confirmation process — for example, in a tightly managed campaign where you've already verified participation offline — you can promote creators past Confirmation manually.
- In the Workflow tab, select the Confirmation stage.
- Select the creators you want to promote.
- Select Promote from the action buttons in the upper-right corner.
