Tasks surface pending campaign actions directly in your dashboard and left navigation — so you don't need to manually check each campaign for things that need attention. Any action requiring your review appears as a Task, and clears automatically once you complete it.

Tasks are accessible from both the Dashboard and the left navigation menu, and are grouped by campaign.

Note: Tasks are automatically enabled for the user who creates the campaign, and disabled by default for other users.

Enable Tasks for a Campaign

1. In Later Influence, open the campaign you want to enable Tasks for
2. Select the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the campaign header
3. Toggle on Add Campaign to My Task List

Task Types

The following actions generate Tasks throughout a campaign's lifecycle.

Review Creator Applications

Appears when new creators apply to a campaign. Selecting the Task opens the Applied stage in the workflow. Clears when applicants are moved out of Applied.

Fulfill Pre-Payment Incentives

Appears when creators enter the Pre-Payment stage and incentives are ready to fulfill. Selecting the Task opens the Pre-Payment stage with all creators pre-selected and the Pay action ready. Clears when creators move to the next workflow stage.

Read Unread Messages

Appears when there are unread messages in the campaign inbox. Selecting the Task opens the campaign's message folder. Clears when messages are marked as read.

Review Drafts

Appears when creators submit new draft content. Selecting the Task opens the All stage with the Has Drafts To Be Reviewed filter applied. Clears when all drafts have received feedback.

Review Live Content

Appears when creators submit completed content for review. Selecting the Task opens the Post Review stage. Clears when creators are promoted from Post Review to the next stage.

Fulfill Post-Payment Incentives

Appears when creators are in the Post-Payment stage and incentives are ready to fulfill. Selecting the Task opens the Post-Payment stage with all creators selected and the Pay action available. Clears when incentives are fulfilled and creators move to the next stage.

Retry Failed Payments

Appears when a payment through Stripe or Tango Cards fails. Selecting the Task opens the Transactions tab with the Status: Failed filter applied. Clears when all failed transactions are resolved.
