Whether you forgot your password, or are just looking to make a change, Later Influence™ (formerly Mavrck) makes it easy for you to manage your password.
Note: If you have set up your own Enterprise Identity Provider, your password is managed through your company-owned account (such as Google Workspace) and the password fields will not be available within Later Influence.
Warning: If you enter your password incorrectly 5 times in a row, your account will be locked and you’ll see a message that your account has been disabled. In this case, please reach out to our team for assistance unlocking your account.
If you remember your current password…
- Log in to Later Influence
- Hover over the ellipsis [...] icon in the left navigation menu and then click Account
- Click Signing in on the left sidebar
- Under My password, click Update
- If you don’t see the password field, you may be accessing Later Influence through an Enterprise Identity Provider. In this case, your password is managed through your company-owned account and not editable within Later Influence.
- Enter your current password and the new password you would like to use in the appropriate fields
- Scroll down and click Save Changes to set the new password
If you have forgotten your current password…
- Go to the Platform login page and click Forgot Password
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Click Request New Password
- Check your email inbox for an email from the Platform
- Open the password reset link within your email
- Enter the new password you would like to use and click Reset Password
Passwords must be at least 10 characters and contain a number, letter, and symbol.
Note: This article pertains to marketers changing their password and/or managing Single Sign-On (SSO) for the marketing Platform. This is a separate process from influencer password changes. SSO is not supported for the influencer platform.
