An onboarding form is an always-on campaign application you can share with creators to get them into your My Members database. Unlike a standard campaign, there are no deliverables or payments involved: creators simply complete the form, authenticate their social accounts, and land in your database ready to be added to future campaigns.
Use it to bring in creators you already work with, or share the link publicly so new creators can apply to join your program on their own.
Create the campaign
- In Later Influence, go to Campaigns in the left sidebar.
- Select + Create New, then Campaign.
- Give the campaign a name and description. Keep it open-ended and inviting, something like "Work with us" or "Join our creator community."
- Select Create Campaign.
Set up the application
Once the campaign is created, go to Setup → Application and configure the form:
- Upload an application image (800 × 800px, max 20MB, JPG/PNG/TIF).
- Edit the text on the right of the image using the pencil icon.
- Add application questions to collect the information you need. Supported types: multiple choice, checkboxes, and freeform text.
- Switch the campaign toggle from Draft to Live.
Your onboarding form link is available under the Application tab once the campaign is live.
Choosing the right application questions
Every response is saved to the creator's profile in My Members and can be filtered across campaigns. Use questions that will actually help you make decisions.
A few examples to start from:
- "Which platforms do you create on?" (checkboxes: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- "Do you live near a retailer that sells [product]?" (multiple choice)
- "What's your standard rate for an Instagram post and 3 Story frames?" (freeform)
Use checkboxes or multiple choice where you can — structured responses are easier to filter later.
You can manage all saved response data centrally under Settings → Application Questions
Onboarding an existing creator roster
If you already work with creators outside Later Influence, send them the form to bring them in:
- Set up and publish your onboarding campaign (see above).
- Draft a message to your existing roster explaining the platform.
- Include the onboarding form URL (found in Setup → Application).
- Send it through whatever channel you normally use: email, DM, or similar.
This ensures every creator opts in, authenticates their social accounts, and is added properly to My Members.
Accessing your members
Once creators complete the form, they appear under Influencers → My Members. You can filter and search them the same way you would in the global Influencer Index, with the added benefit of any custom data collected from the form.
