Within Create Content campaigns, there are five sub-tabs for different functions: Setup, Search, Workflow, Content, and Performance. The main hub for campaign management is the Workflow tab.
The Workflow tab displays all the influencers that have been added to a campaign, organized into different workflow stages that represent where they are in the campaign process.
For a complete overview of what each workflow stage represents and the logic that connects them, please see Workflow Overview.
This article outlines what the various actions and information you can access within the Workflow tab.
In this article:
- Workflow Stage Menu
- Influencer Slats
- Influencer Campaign Details
- Workflow Actions
- Filter & Sort Workflow Stages
- Export Workflow Stages
Workflow Stage Menu
The Workflow tab always displays a menu on the left side of the screen, listing all the workflow stages enabled in the campaign and how many influencers are in each stage. By default, the Workflow tab opens to the All stage which displays every influencer in the campaign. To open a specific stage, select it from the menu.

Influencer Slats
In a workflow stage, each influencer is represented by a slat, or row, containing their profile image, basic demographic info, and social accounts.
The yellow arrow icon on the far-right side of the influencer slat opens the Influencer Campaign Details (ICD) view, detailed below. The grey envelope icon also opens the ICD, but is only present if the influencer has received a message in that campaign.
Influencer Campaign Details
The Influencer Campaign Details (ICD) view displays a complete overview of a specific influencer's participation in the campaign. To access an influencer's ICD from the Workflow tab, click the yellow arrow icon in the slat representing the influencer.
The ICD is organized by several sub-tabs for key campaign functions, including History, Drafts, Content, Incentives, and Tracking Links. The number of sub-tabs in the ICD is variable depending on the campaign setup and the workflow stage of the influencer.
For a complete overview of the ICD, please see Influencer Campaign Details (ICD).
Workflow Actions
A number of different tasks are displayed as action buttons when you have selected one or more influencers in the Workflow tab, using the checkboxes in the influencer slats or the Select All checkbox at the top of the page.
When influencers are selected, the action options that are displayed are relevant to the workflow stage you are viewing.
- Send Message is always an option.
- The Promote button, when displayed, will move influencers to the next stage in the workflow order.
- The Drop button, when displayed, will move influencers to the Dropped stage, indicating they are no longer a participant.
- The Pay button, displayed only in payment stages, will mark all incentives associated with selected influencers as Fulfilled, but you will always see a confirmation dialog before funds are sent through a payment integration.
To access additional actions, click the ... icon in the upper-right corner, next to the action buttons. Select an action from the menu, such as "Set Workflow Stage", then select the relevant option, such as "Complete" from the second menu. These actions include:
- Set Workflow Stage
- Set Influencer Status
- Update Due Date
- Update Draft Due Date
- Add to Campaign
- Add to List
Filter & Sort Workflow Stages
At the top of each workflow stage is a menu with search, sort, and filter options.
In addition to the filters and keyword search tools that are detailed in the article, Searching for Influencers, the "Other" set of filters contains additional filters that can only be applied to the workflow of a campaign.
These filters include:
- Workflow Stage (when viewing the All stage)
- Influencer Status
- Draft Status
- Due Date
- Participating Status
- Blog Required
- Has Topics
- Instagram Account Type
- Instagram Account Visibility
In addition to the sort options that are detailed in the article, Searching for Influencers, there are several sort options that can only be applied to the workflow of a campaign.
These sort options include:
- Workflow Stage
- Stage Join Date
- Name (by first name)
Export Workflow Stages
To export the influencers in a campaign, click the export icon in the upper-right corner of any workflow stage. See Export Options for additional detail on the information included in the export.
Please note that exports from the Candidates or Invited workflow stages may not contain all the influencers you see in the platform. Influencers who are not members of your program, who have not yet opted-in to any of your campaigns, cannot be exported. By the time influencers reach the Applied stage, they have opted-in to work with you and should appear in any exports.
