The Workflow tab is the main hub for campaign management in Later Influence. It displays all creators added to your campaign, organized by workflow stage. This article covers the layout and available actions within the tab.
For a full explanation of what each stage means and how creators move between them, see Overview of Later Influence's Campaign Workflow Stages & Logic.
Workflow Stage Menu
To get to the Workflow tab, select Campaigns, select an open campaign, then select Workflow. The left side of the Workflow tab always shows a stage menu listing every enabled stage and the number of creators currently in each one. By default, the tab opens to the All stage, which shows every creator in the campaign. Select any stage from the menu to view just those creators.
Filters are located on the left side of the screen, below the workflow stage list, keeping stage navigation and filtering in one unified panel.
Creator Cards
Each creator in a stage is displayed as a card – a row showing their profile image, basic demographic info, and connected social accounts. The arrow icon on the right side of the card opens the creator's Campaign Details.
Campaign Details
The Campaign Details view shows a full overview of a creator's participation. To open it, select the arrow icon on any creator's card.
The Campaign Details view is organized by sub-tabs including History, Drafts, Content, Incentives, and Tracking Links. The tabs shown depend on your campaign setup and the creator's current stage.
For a complete overview of Campaign Details, please see Campaign Details.
Workflow Actions
When you select one or more creators using the checkboxes in their cards, action buttons appear in the upper-right corner. The options shown depend on the stage you're viewing.
- Send Message: Always available.
- Promote: Moves creators to the next stage in the workflow order.
- Drop: Moves creators to the Dropped stage.
- Pay: Available in payment stages only. Marks all associated incentives as Fulfilled. A confirmation dialog always appears before any funds are sent.
To access additional actions, select More, then choose from:

- Add to another campaign
- Add to list
Filters and Sort
Filters and search options appear below the stage tabs on the left side of the screen:
Filters include TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat, in addition to the standard platform options.
The Application Questions show the results of the questions you’ve asked as part of your application process.
In addition to the standard search and filter options (see Searching for Influencers), the Other filter group contains filters only available within a campaign's workflow, such as Participation Status.
Export Workflow Stages
To export data from a workflow stage, select the export icon in the upper-right corner of the stage.
Exports produce a CSV file with creator and campaign data. For more on export options, see Export Options.
