Staying on top of campaign activity is critical to running smooth influencer programs. Later Influence gives you flexible notification settings so you can receive updates where and when you need them via in-app alerts, email forwarding, or a daily/weekly digest.
Managing Notifications
From the Campaigns page, select the ellipsis icon next to a specific campaign, then select Manage Notifications. In the pop-up window, configure which activities you want notifications for, whether alerts should be in-app, email, or both, and the frequency of email digests.
Notification Types
Toggle in-app and email notifications on or off for:
- New Messages: alerts when a creator replies or sends a message
- New Content: alerts when new content is bound to the campaign
- Participant Confirmations: alerts when a creator confirms participation
- New Campaign Applicants: alerts when a creator applies
- New Draft Submissions: alerts when a creator submits a draft for review
- Failed Payments: alerts when a Stripe payment fails
Email Forwarding
Email forwarding sends campaign message notifications to your login email in addition to your platform inbox. You can read and reply directly from your work inbox, and all conversations remain logged in Later Influence even if you reply by email. Links to each creator's profile are included for context.
Task List Integration
From the notification settings pop-up, you can also enable Add Campaign to My Task List. This tracks pending actions across all campaigns in your dashboard and left-side navigation, helping you centralize to-dos without relying solely on notifications.
