The Messages tab is home to all your email communications with creators. Select Messages from the left sidebar to access it.
Inbox
Opening the Messages tab lands you on the All Messages section of the inbox. A menu on the left lets you navigate between message folders. Each folder shows 15 message threads at a time. Use the arrow icons to page through additional messages.
Available actions in the inbox header: unread-only toggle, sort by oldest or newest, search by subject line or sender name, and compose new messages.
To manage messages in bulk, use the Select All or individual checkboxes. Bulk actions include Mark read / Mark unread and Archive / Unarchive.
New Messages
The New Message button creates a message thread with one or many creators that isn't associated with any campaign. To message within a campaign, navigate to a specific creator's Influencer Campaign Details (ICD) or select multiple creators from the Workflow tab and use the Send Message button.
To add recipients to a thread, enter their email address in the CC field.
Message Attachments
Attachments can be added to new messages and replies, but not to message templates. The total size limit for any message — body plus attachments combined — is 25 MB.
Campaign Folders
A folder is created automatically for every campaign that has been set Live. The count next to the campaign name shows unread messages. Select the campaign title to access its conversations.
Messages route into the correct campaign folder when a creator replies in the same thread to a message sent from that campaign.
When you open a thread associated with a campaign, you see the full Influencer Campaign Details (ICD) view, with access to all campaign functions including draft review, incentive fulfillment, and workflow stage editing. See Influencer Campaign Details (ICD) for more.
Archived Campaign Folders
If a message arrives for a campaign that has expired or been archived, a folder appears with the appropriate unread count so you don't miss it.
General Inquiries
Messages not associated with a campaign are stored in General Inquiries. Messages route here when a creator starts a new thread, replies from a different email address, changes the subject line of a message, or replies to a message that wasn't sent from within a campaign.
Standard Folders
These folders are always available:
- All Messages: everything sent to your instance, including campaign folders and General Inquiries
- Drafts: messages you've started but not yet sent
- Sent: messages you've sent from the platform
- Archived: messages you've marked as archived

Message Templates
Message templates are configured at the campaign level and control automated outreach tied to workflow stages and due dates. See Message Templates: How to Keep Creators Informed Automatically for full setup instructions.
Scheduled Messages
- In Later Influence, open the relevant campaign and select the Workflow tab
- Select the creators you want to message using their checkboxes
- Select Message above their name, then complete the fields
- Select the dropdown arrow next to the Send button
- In the modal, select the date and time you'd like to send

Select OK, then select Schedule Send
To view or edit scheduled messages, select Messages from the left sidebar, then select Scheduled Messages. Select any message to open it inside the campaign tab, where you can edit, reschedule, or delete it.
