The Content sections in Later Influence let you view, filter, tag, and export all creator content generated across your program. You can explore performance metrics, organize assets with tags, and download them for reporting or reuse.
How do I view all content across campaigns?
- From the left sidebar, click Content.
- By default, all content from all campaigns will display in a grid view with thumbnail previews.
- To switch to a list view (showing captions, creators, and metrics), click the list icon (≡) in the upper-right corner.
- To return to grid view, click the grid icon (⸬).
This view helps you see every post, story, or video created within your Later Influence instance — regardless of which campaign it’s part of.
How do I view content for a specific campaign?
- Go to the Content tab in the left sidebar.
- Under Filters, select the campaign you want to view.
- The page will refresh to display only the content tied to that campaign’s deliverables.
How do I view an individual piece of content?
- Go to the Content tab in the left sidebar.
- Under Filters, select the campaign you want to view.
- Select the relevant piece of content you want to view.
- The content viewer displays:
- Caption text
- Post metrics (likes, comments, views, etc.)
- Creator profile and campaign
- A direct link to the original post on the social platform
How can I tag and organize content?
You can create, edit, and delete tags to help organize your content. Once you’ve created and added tags to your content, you can also use them as filtering criteria.
Tag Content Individually
- From the Content tab, click on the piece of content you’d like to tag
- Click the + icon on the right side of the Tags section:
- Select an existing tag from the list, or type in a new tag name to create it
- Click on the tag’s name to create and/or add it to the selected piece of content
You can now close the Content modal and your tag will remain.
Tag Content in Bulk
You can add a tag to multiple pieces of content at once as follows:
- From the Content tab, select the content piece(s) you’d like to tag by checking the box in the top right corner (in grid view) or in the leftmost column (in list view)
- Once you’ve selected each piece of content to be tagged, click the field at the top of the page next to Tag Content
- Select your tag(s) from the list by clicking on them, or type in a new tag name to create it
- If you create a new tag, it will automatically be applied to the selected content once created
- If selecting existing tags, click Ok to add the tags you chose to the selected content
Remove Tags from Content
- Click the content item from the Content tab.
- In the Tags section, click the “X” next to the tag you want to remove.
Note: Removing a tag only detaches it from that post — the tag itself still exists and remains applied to other content.
Delete Tags
To permanently delete a tag from your account:
- Open the Tag Content panel (individual or bulk tagging).
- Click Delete Tag next to the tag name.
- Confirm by selecting OK in the modal.
How do I filter and sort content?
Use filters at the top of the Content page to narrow results and find specific content quickly.
You can filter by:
- Campaign
- Platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Creator name
- Tags
- Date range
- Content type (e.g., Reels, Stories, Posts)
You can also sort by metrics like engagement, impressions, or publish date for deeper insight
How can I export content and its performance data?
To download content with its performance data:
- Click the Export icon in the top-right corner of the Content tab.
- Choose whether to export all content across your instance or content from a specific campaign.
- A CSV or XLSX file will be generated with metrics, creator details, and tag information.
