We are happy to report that as of 9:00am EST on Thursday April 25th, Meta has resolved the API outage, and automatic binding of Instagram Stories has been fully restored.
We are continuing to escalate and monitor Meta’s API outage. Since our last update, Meta has acknowledged there is an issue with Instagram Story reporting across all partners. No timeline has been provided on when functionality will be restored, although Meta has assured us their team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Going forward, we will provide you with weekly updates every Monday in the Later Influence app and on this status page. Please be sure to check in Later or on this page for the latest on this issue.
We have received confirmation from Meta that an API outage is preventing the automatic binding and reporting of Instagram Stories in campaigns. This is only impacting Instagram Stories at this time, and Meta is actively working to resolve it.
While Meta resolves this issue, we are asking all influencers to self-report any Instagram Stories via the Influencer Campaign Manager.
